I search for new ways to help you all the time. Whether it’s traveling to the Amazon, reading the latest medical journals, or conducting our own research trials, I strive to bring you breakthroughs in health.
I’ve just seen the research on one more thing you should know. Now, research shows that CoQ10 can improve a man’s sperm quality and sex drive.
Congestive heart failure is a deadly form of heart disease.
It means your heart can’t pump enough blood for your body’s needs. This leads to fluid congestion that can cause your vital organs like your lungs, brain and kidneys to shut down.
CoQ10 is the one supplement I take every day, without fail.
New evidence of an even greater benefit is pouring in. And over the next couple of weeks, I’ll tell you about some of the amazing discoveries happening in CoQ10 research.
Have you seen the ads for these new yogurts and drinks that promise to “regulate your digestive tract?” Giant food companies are spending millions to convince you to buy them. But, I haven’t found any – so far – I’d endorse…
If you’re thinking about taking up jogging to get in shape, I urge you to listen to this amazing story first…
A few weeks ago I watched this story on ESPN. Robert Kraft – known to his fans as “Raven” – has jogged 8 miles on Miami Beach every day for the last 34 years. On March 29, 2009, he hit an epic milestone. 100,000 miles of jogging.
Remember the days when everything was cooked with good, old-fashioned butter or lard?
My grandmother cooked with lard her whole life. Most people did… until the government told everybody that animal fat caused heart disease. Then manufacturers introduced substitutes such as shortening and margarine.
Every bottle is gone.
Primal Lean – my new fat loss formula – started flying off the shelves in a matter of hours. Even the bottles I had here in my office disappeared.
When I was growing up in Kentucky, my grandparents had a grove of walnut trees. So… I ate a lot of walnuts. My grandmother cooked with them, baked with them, and we ate them by the handful for snacks. She always said they were good for you. How right she was…
All I did was walk into my treatment room and say, “Good morning Alice. How are you?”
She immediately burst into tears. “I’m miserable,” she blurted out between sobs…
She had gained 20 pounds and lost all sex drive. She feared her husband was going to leave her. She had already seen doctor after doctor but was growing more frustrated.
I’ve seen patients who eat Tums like candy. They claim relief from heartburn. Plus, they think the calcium in Tums would help keep their bones strong.
Unfortunately Tums are not a good source of calcium… and they’re not a good solution for chronic heartburn either. In fact, taking over-the-counter antacids does you more harm than good.
Last weekend, my sister came into town out of the blue, and we went out to dinner to celebrate. She glanced at the menu and then put it down, saying, “I gotta eat healthy when I’m with you. I’ll have the tilapia.”
Most people are shocked when they hear the truth about tilapia. After all, it’s fish. It’s supposed to be good for you. The power of the omega-3s in fish is all over the news. Salmon is still the most popular, but tilapia is gaining on it because it has a mild taste and it’s inexpensive.
