    Revolutionary Nutrient Issued a Patent

Get this: There’s a nutrient with a delivery system so revolutionary, the government issued a patent for it (US Patent 6 04 5809).

Researchers have been working for over 40 years to find a way to get more of this antioxidant into your body. But until now, they couldn’t find one.

    Why all the fuss?

This antioxidant has a link to how long you’ll live…

    Are Your Muscles Shrinking?

    Are Your Muscles Shrinking?

You don’t set out to become frail and weak in your old age. But a study I’m looking at right now suggests that’s exactly what will happen to you.

This study shows that oxidative stress is causing your muscles to waste away.1

Oxidative stress is when you have too many damaged molecules, called “free radicals,” in your body. They attack your healthy cells…

    Remember the Good Ole Days?

I’m gonna ask you this again…

Do you remember being in high school and seeing that pretty girl… ANY pretty girl?

No matter how hard you tried to maintain control, you’d “jump to attention” – often at the worst possible moment. Back then, even brushing up against your desk could get it hard. And it happened almost immediately.

Now that you’re older, it takes longer. It takes effort. Sometimes it just flies at half-mast.

I have a surefire solution to get it back. You won’t hear this anywhere else…

    The Fat You Can’t Pinch

There is a kind of fat that you don’t see. It’s toxic and it’s deadly.

Visceral fat is internal fat. It wraps around organs like your heart, liver, and kidneys. It fills up all the space in your abdominal cavity, so there’s no room left for your organs, nerves, and vessels to function properly.

It’s far more dangerous to your health than subcutaneous fat, which lies right beneath your skin. Subcutaneous fat is what you poke at and pinch. Like the “spare tire” you get around your middle…

On the Road With Dr. Sears

    The buzz was incredible.

When Dr. Sears showed the audience how Terri had dropped 45 pounds by walking just 45 seconds, the audience gasped.

Normally stoic doctors with “been there, done that” demeanors suddenly were paying attention like I’ve never seen before.

If you were one of the lucky ones in attendance, you know what I’m talking about…

    Push the “Dump Fat” Button

    Push the “Dump Fat” Button

Your body can dump pounds of fat with one simple command.

With the opposite command, it can pack on the pounds.

Wouldn’t it be better to push the “dump fat” button?

Problem is, we often tell it to do just the opposite.

    Why does this happen?

    History Lesson for Vegetarians

Our ancient ancestors ate meat. They prized it above all else.

I find a sort of evidence for this myself when I travel to areas of the world where men and women are still living in nature, unaffected by the western world.

I’ll be traveling back to the Amazon jungles of Peru this summer to live among the native Ashanikas, and I’ll tell you all about it. Not only do they eat meat, but they’re doing much better than the natives who have switched to a western-style diet.

This has probably been our history for millions of years. Vegetarians like to think otherwise, but a recent discovery may prove them wrong…

Before Your Time Bomb Goes Off…

If you have a prostate, you were born with a ticking time bomb.

Get this: Your chance of keeping good urine flow and healthy prostate function by the time you’re 80 years old is just 1 in 10.

Are those the odds you’re willing to live with?

With odds like that, who knows where it could lead. And I’m sure you know what I’m talking about.

Of course, you can do something to improve your chances of keeping your prostate in good shape. But most guys don’t. They just wait and hope for the best.

    Not a wise move…

Putting Myself in a Woman’s Shoes

Putting Myself in a Woman’s Shoes

I just read a new study that proves how dangerous those drugs that are labeled “HRT” are.

I call them drugs because they’re not real hormones. Hormones have to be made in your body, and these are synthetically created.

I can’t help but get mad at this. I’m so tired of women being in this unnecessary danger.

As you read this, millions of women are still getting estrogen. If you’ve ever been to your doctor for help with menopause, you know what I’m talking about…

Put THAT in Your Pipe and Smoke It!

I still see doctors writing and saying there is no evidence that vitamins really do anything for anyone.

    Oh, really? What about this?

The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada just published the results of a new study of a cocktail of vitamins, minerals, and herbs. They showed that they could delay major aspects of aging. And, it extended lifespan by 10 percent!

The One Nutrient I Take Everyday…

When I was in med school 25 years ago, a small group of researchers were quietly laying the groundwork for a breakthrough that, at the time, sounded like science fiction.

Today it’s reality. People like you are keeping the power of youth into old age. I’ve seen it first hand.

Being one of the first board certified doctors in anti-aging medicine, I’ve had a front row seat for this remarkable discovery. The breakthrough I’m talking about is a brand new form of CoQ10 called Accel. It’s helping my patients make unbelievable gains…

    She Said Her Hair Hurt…

PAIN… In my work, I’ve seen more kinds than I can count.

    Joint pain… back pain… headache… stomachache… eye pain… tooth pain… earache… stiff, aching neck pain… labor pain… kidney stone pain…

One patient even told me her hair hurt!

Believe me, I could go on. But my point is this…

All these kinds of pain have three things in common:

Not Just Grandma’s Pumpkin Pie Spice

Not Just Grandma’s Pumpkin Pie Spice

Traditional Eastern herbalists often suggest one multi-purpose herb for several different problems. But Western medicine seems stuck on “one problem, one solution.” Chances are, if you visit a clinic with six different complaints, you’ll wind up taking six different pills.

That’s never struck me as the best way to approach overall health. Like traditional herbalists, I prefer supplements that support multiple health goals.

One of my favorites is a common spice you probably have in your kitchen right now.

If You Could See What People Are Saying…

Dear Health Conscious Reader, Deep in the jungles of West Africa, there are places where obesity is completely unknown. The natives don’t get fat. A professor doing population studies discovered this curious fact. After watching this group and comparing them to others, he found something unique about their diet: The locals use a paste derived [...]

What I Found in My Travels…

I just got back from climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa. Traveling around the world always reminds me of the important healing traditions found in other cultures.

For example, I’ve come across natural nutrients that speed up fat-burning and decrease your appetite… even when you don’t change your routine.

These are important discoveries. Because no matter how much I talk to patients about diet and exercise, they still want a “magic pill.”…

Better Blood Flow Where You Need It

As little as six minutes of vigorous exercise a day can improve your sex life.

    The key is blood flow.

Short bursts of exertion ramp up blood flow far beyond anything you could get from aerobic exercise.

    Here’s how:

The University of Rochester reports that vigorous exercise causes an increase in blood flow, boosting the supply of nitric oxide in your body.1

Nitric oxide is critical in getting an erection. It causes your arteries to relax and decreases inflammation…
