Simple Nutrient Gives You Bones of Steel

Mainstream medicine has missed the boat on this one.

You’re constantly warned about the danger of high-protein diets.

And this is the worst part. They tell you that the reason you have to avoid a high-protein diet is that it weakens your bones.

The truth is the exact opposite. High protein strengthens your bones…

Look and Feel Like a Teenager Again

When I was in med school 25 years ago, a small group of researchers were quietly laying the groundwork for a breakthrough that, at the time, sounded like science fiction.

Today it’s reality. People like you are keeping the power of youth into old age. I’ve seen it first hand.

Being one of the first board certified doctors in anti-aging medicine, I’ve had a front row seat for this remarkable discovery. The breakthrough I’m talking about is a brand new form of CoQ10 called Accel. It’s helping my patients make unbelievable gains…

83,000 Heart Attacks Are Not Enough?

83,000 Heart Attacks Are Not Enough?

An FDA panel has just ruled that the diabetes drug Avandia should remain on the market.

This despite the fact that it’s been linked to 83,000 heart attacks and 304 deaths.1,2

Well… that sounds like great news for GlaxoSmithKline, who makes the drug. But I don’t think anyone should ever take any drugs like this. Here’s why…

Dr. Bill is Aging in Reverse

Dr. Bill is Aging in Reverse

Getting older is inevitable. But you can do something about the way you age. And some people just seem to defy age.

Like my friend and colleague, Dr. Bill. He’s in his mid 50s but has the life and enthusiasm of a 20-something kid. He looks half his age, too.

    Check out what he said:

    Too Young for Puberty

In today’s Doctor’s House Call, I’m going to tell you how to combat one of the most dangerous threats to your health today.

    Estrogen.

Estrogen is found in the hormone-laden meat you get at the grocery store. It’s found in plastic, too. Every time you take a sip from your water bottle or heat up a frozen dinner, you’re ingesting harmful chemicals that create synthetic estrogen in your body.

This can cause you to have too much estrogen. Why is that a problem?

    Stir-Fry Root Eases Pain

The other day a new patient came to my office feeling like he was “coming down with something.” There was no fever or coughing… but he felt tired, stiff, and achy. He even told me he was taking four Advils a day – just to get by.

If his story sounds like your life too, you’re among the millions who suffer from chronic pain. It’s the leading cause of disability in the U.S. And I know it can be downright unbearable at times…

    Sunshine Vitamin Gets Even Better

There’s one nutrient that has more health benefits than any other I can think of. I’ve written to you about this nutrient before. But today, I have a startling new benefit you should know. It has to do with Parkinson’s disease…

Parkinson’s disease doesn’t follow the rules. There’s no known cause. And everyone is at risk.

    Including you…

The Lungpower Secret of Fighter Pilots

The Lungpower Secret of Fighter Pilots

Did you ever hear about the time I went to an Air Force Base?

I can’t tell you which one. The Air Force Colonel I met with, let’s call him “KL,” asked me not to make this public.

You see, KL had called me one day and said he was a fan of PACE. He had read my book, does PACE himself, and uses it to train Air Force staff, especially those returning to active duty.

KL had also set up PACE classes for women who have just had babies and the wives of servicemen on the base.

Why is the Air Force interested in PACE…

    Statin Candy Anyone?

    Statin Candy Anyone?

    As a doctor, I’m outraged. As a father… well… I’m even more outraged…

For years, doctors have been handing out statin drugs to any patient with high cholesterol. But they’re the most dangerous drugs a doctor can prescribe. They’ve been linked to fatigue, heart problems, and even death.

But here’s what’s different about the side effects of statins: They don’t just pose an outside risk of an unlikely problem. They rob every single person who takes even one pill of energy. And if you take one for long enough, you’re going to feel very tired and very old…

Miracle Root Lowers Blood Pressure Naturally

Miracle Root Lowers Blood Pressure Naturally

Chances are if you have high blood pressure, your doctor will write you a prescription for it.

This is true for most of the doctor’s offices in my area, and around the U.S.

    But not at my office.

Millions of Americans take prescription medication, like nitroglycerin, to relieve heart-related conditions. Including high-blood pressure…

    The Must-Have Mineral

In your quest for better health, you’ve probably read a lot about vitamins and nutritional supplements. But how about minerals?

Many minerals, like iron and zinc, are essential to life. Without them, your body could not function. And because your body can’t make them, you need a reliable source from your diet.

On commercial farms, the soil no longer has the minerals it used to. That means you may be suffering from a mineral deficiency…

Can You Answer “Yes” to This Question?

Congratulations on being a part of the PACE revolution.

If you’ve been using PACE properly, you know that the key to achieving your goals is to reach the supra-aerobic zone.

But many of my patients tell me they’re not sure how to tell if they’ve reached their supra-aerobic zone or whether they’re doing their exertion and recovery periods properly. On top of that, some of them have had a hard time tracking their progress.

Here’s what I ask them: Are you measuring your heart rate?

    76 Pounds and Counting…

When Terri comes into my office, she lights up the room.

It’s hard to miss. Her smile radiates hope, victory, and real happiness.

If you’re not familiar with her story, Terri started PACE last year and lost 45 pounds in just four months. And it all started from walking for 45 seconds, then resting. At the time, that’s all she could do.

By December, she had dropped a total of 66 pounds…

Take Back Control of Your Pet’s Health

Pets are not living longer, healthier lives. Surprised? It’s true. Our pets are simply taking longer to die from chronic disease and poor health. And for many animals that process starts very early in life.

The reasons are simple. Part of the reason is that we believe the blatant lie that processed pet food equals good nutrition, and we load our pets up with toxins. The result is the chronic diseases we see today in increasingly younger animals…

Quercetin Found to Boost “Human Horsepower”

Quercetin is a plant pigment or flavanoid found in onions, apples, berries, grapes, and red wine.

It’s a powerful antioxidant/anti-inflammatory that boosts your immune system and increases the mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell) in your muscles and brain.

It’s only recently that researchers discovered its power to boost human performance.

A recent study by the University of South Carolina published in the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism found that quercetin taken as a daily supplement improves your endurance even if you don’t exercise!
