Why Do These Amazonian Woman Have Such Beautiful Skin?

On my last trip to Peru, I spent days trekking with native healers through the rainforest. And they shared many of their secrets with me. But one of the biggest breakthroughs I discovered on that trip wasn’t in the rainforest at all.

In cities and towns across Southern Peru, I noticed women – even older women – with smooth, beautiful skin. Living that close to the equator, the intense sun should leave their skin, dry, rough and wrinkled. What was their secret? I wondered.

So I did some digging, and uncovered a secret. And I’ve brought it back to the United States to share with my patients and friends. Soon you may have people wondering how you keep your skin looking so smooth and beautiful.

I Hear You Loud and Clear

What you eat affects your hearing.

You might think hearing loss is just because of age. You see it all around you … everybody you know who’s elderly has hearing loss.

But they may have hearing loss because they’re all eating the same junk and not getting enough nutrients.

That gives us a new outlook on this epidemic of hearing loss. And also a way to prevent it.

Hearing loss doesn’t start when you get old, though. It happens earlier than you might think.

    The Japanese Secret

People in Japan live longer than people in just about any other part of the world.

The life span of the average Japanese person is nearly 83 years. But the average American lives to be only a little over 78 years old.

So I set out to find out what their secret was.

There’s one big difference between the Japanese and the Americans … maybe the biggest that I’ve discovered. And it’s very simple, will make you feel better and you can start today.

    Key to Keep Moving

Conventional medicine continues to deny the role of homocysteine. They still say there’s no proven value to lowering your levels if they’re elevated.

It’s surprising because we have so much evidence that high homocysteine levels are associated with higher rates of heart disease.

That’s something they’re resisting even though we know it’s true. But today I want to talk to you about something else… something new that almost no one talks about.

High homocysteine levels could mean the loss of your independence as you age.

The irony is that monitoring homocysteine and keeping it in check is easy to do.

I think of high homocysteine levels as an overwhelming of your antioxidant system.

Normally, antioxidants remove homocysteine. But you can become depleted of antioxidants, either because you’re using them up too fast or you’re not getting enough of them through what you eat.

Then homocysteine builds up, and gets released into your blood. And this is where the trouble can start.

Too much can damage the delicate lining of your blood vessels. And that can lead to heart disease.

Enzyme Lets You Get “Biologically Younger” As You Age

There’s a very small group of people using a new secret to help reset their “biological ages.” They are getting “biologically younger,” and their blood tests show astounding results when tested for their biological ages.

This technology, based on a Nobel-Prize-winning breakthrough, could put you in this very exclusive company.

I should know. I’m one of them.

After using this for over a year, I can tell you there’s nothing else like it. I can document from my own blood tests that I have the pulmonary age of a 25-year-old. I was born in 1956, but my cardiovascular age is only 35. More importantly, the telomere length of my T-lymphocytes correlates to that of a 35-year-old.

Originally, this breakthrough was only available to a handful of doctors as part of a study group.

The reason I’m writing to you today is to announce the study group has been completed, and TA-65 proved to be successful. And now, for the first time, this breakthrough is available to you. That means you can be one of the privileged few that grows “biologically younger” as you age.

Reverse the Signs of Aging in a Single Month

Advances in anti-aging technology are reaching new heights, and that’s great news. Because now, for the first time ever, you can control how quickly your skin ages.

It’s a breakthrough that can extend the youth span of your skin cells to reduce visible signs of aging. It has even been shown to reverse existing skin damage.

The groundbreaking substance I’m talking about is called Teprenone, and in clinical studies, the results were astonishing. Over a period of 30 days:1

    Turn On Your DNA

There’s new evidence that a simple “fuse” inside every cell in your body is getting shorter and increasing the chance you’ll get cancer by 300 percent.1

But we’ve just figured out how to re-lengthen that fuse.

It’s so important that the researchers who discovered how it works won the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2009.

I’ll show you how this Nobel-Prize-winning discovery is changing human history. And how you can be one of the first to tap its remarkable power to allow you to keep doing everything you want for longer than you ever thought possible.

    Safeguard From The Modern World

Your body was designed to take care of itself.

Take your skin, for example. It needs water to stay firm and healthy

And you make water for your skin by simply breathing air.

But in doing this, your skin makes a small leftover… a molecule that attacks healthy cells called ROS (short for reactive oxygen species).

Normally, your body would handle ROS just fine, with a protector called SOD (short for superoxide dismutase).

But there’s a problem: In the modern world, hydrating your skin isn’t the only thing that produces ROS. Cigarette smoke, ultraviolet light, and environmental pollution produce ROS too, which can affect the appearance of your skin.

On top of that, the modern diet is not giving you enough nutrients to produce even the normal amount of SOD you need to do this important job.

Winning the Hearts of My Patients

The phenomenal nutrient I’m talking about is the latest form of CoQ10. It’s helping my patients make unbelievable gains.

This relatively new, reduced form of CoQ10 supplies your heart with so much power you just don’t seem to slow down or get older.

When CoQ10 research started decades ago, the new reduced form of CoQ10 didn’t exist. Back then, CoQ10 was limited to the old, oxidized form and it had its limitations.

    Better Than Living Forever

I love being in my 50s. I have the wisdom to use what I’ve learned in 30 years of being a doctor. And I’ll keep learning new things, too. It’s a great time in my life.

But I don’t want to live forever. Don’t get me wrong, I want to keep going the way I can now well into my 90s, and even past 100. But immortality doesn’t appeal to me.

I don’t know about you, but when I think of living forever, it’s scary and depressing. Everyone I know would be gone. It would be like a curse straight out of a science fiction movie.

What I do want is to keep getting new insights … more knowledge. I want to maintain my abilities, so I can still use that understanding years from now. I want to keep getting better.

    Keep Doing What You Love

Did you know that people who look younger than their actual ages also live a longer and healthier life than those who look older than their years?

In a long-term study involving 913 pairs of twins, Danish researchers discovered that the twins who looked younger than their true age had better health and longer survival rates than their older-looking siblings. And the larger the difference in perceived age, the more likely it was that the older-looking twin died first.

What did the researchers find was the reason for this difference?

The people who looked younger had longer telomeres.1

    My Resolution to You

The first is that we’ve purchased a brand-new 17,000-sq.-ft. building that will allow us to expand the current wellness clinic and build the center that I’ve always wanted. It will be like a cross between the Canyon Ranch, the Pritikin Center & Spa, the Cooper Aerobics Center, and the Life Extension Foundation.

In the next five years, we want to make 100 years old the new 50.

    9.8 Years Younger

Aging is something that begins on a cellular level. It starts with telomeres. They’re the timekeepers attached to every strand of your DNA. But they get shorter each time your cells divide – until eventually, cell division stops and cells die. The shorter your telomeres are, the older your cells act – and the older you look and feel as a result.

So the solution is to stop your telomeres from shortening. This is how…

My 3 Steps for Younger Skin

Have you ever been told you look younger than you really are? I’m sure it made your day. Heck… it probably even made your whole week.

After all, youth means beauty in our culture. And a young, beautiful face is impossible to ignore.

And there’s one thing that defines a youthful appearance more than anything else – your skin.

But maintaining a young-looking complexion is tough. Every day, your skin is under attack. From things like environmental toxins… UV radiation… harmful chemicals in your skincare products… stress… lack of nutrients…. hormones…
