Dear Health Conscious Reader,

Blood flow.

That’s what you need for your best physical performance.

You need to “open the floodgates.”

It’s that simple.

If you were here in my clinic, I’d tell you the same thing.

And you can easily boost blood flow to the right area. You can do it whenever you want. All you have to do is “open the floodgates.”

I’m going to tell you about a natural secret that “opens the floodgates.”

Why should you want to be able to open these floodgates?

Because when you do, the result is immediate potency.

Potency is more than just getting it up when you’re in the mood.

Potency is a combination of strength and desire. It’s a feeling of extraordinary potential, like having your foot on the accelerator of a turbo-charged sports car.

Potency is power on demand.

Potency is all about blood flow. That means getting oxygen-rich blood to every part of your body at a moment’s notice. It’s easy for young people, because their veins and arteries easily expand to handle the extra flow.

As you get older, your veins and arteries tend to get narrower and stiffer. But you can keep your blood flowing at any age.

You just have to know how to “flip the switch” so those floodgates open up.

Nature’s secret to big blood flow is nitric oxide, (N.O.). It’s the switch from the lining of your blood vessels that makes them open up.

Blood vessels are elastic-like balloons. With the right signal, they can expand rapidly. When they’re open full throttle, they can move tremendous amounts of blood.

As you get older, your supply of N.O. drops off. Your body just doesn’t make as much as it used to. That makes it much harder for your arteries to expand. But if you turn on N.O., blood can get to the place where it counts.

That means plenty of action. And a lot more fun.

So far so good. But here is where most doctors have made a mistake.

They don’t realize your body has a built-in defense mechanism that will sabotage every effort you make to keep those floodgates open.

If you give your body outside help, you’ll get decent short-term results. But the effects will start to wear off. And after a few months you’re right back where you started.

Think of it as the “coffee effect.” The first time you had coffee, it was probably very stimulating.

But as time goes on, you need more and more to get the same effect. Your body stops reacting to it. This is called down regulation. When you give yourself an outside stimulant, your body will “turn down” your sensitivity as a way of protecting itself.

It’s the same thing when you take a pill that opens the floodgates and gives you great blood flow. Short-term results are usually good. But you lose the effect over time.

When guys come to my clinic, we take care of this problem.

Here’s what I do: I give them two, specially designed formulas. They take the first one for a month. Then they take the second one for a month.

Here’s how they work…

Part one is called Natural T: Red.

The key here is blood flow.

The first step to more N.O. (and huge blood flow) is a simple nutrient called l-arginine. This building block is a precursor to nitric oxide. That means your body uses it to create N.O.

L-arginine is the most reliable, fast-acting tool for improving blood flow.

The doctors who discovered how nitric oxide works were jointly awarded the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine. These award-winning scientists found l-arginine is your body’s chief source for creating nitric oxide. Remember, N.O. opens the floodgates.

Current studies suggest the use of l-arginine to ensure the level of nitric oxide is high enough to keep blood flowing to the penis. One study showed a whopping 80% percent improvement in function for men who took just 2.8 grams of l-arginine for two weeks.1

Another study showed that more than 1/3 of the men who took 5 grams of l-arginine reported a significant improvement in erectile function.2

This stuff is amazing. But there’s something you should know. L-arginine by itself will only give you a temporary boost. To get the kind of help that lasts, I added something special. Something most doctors and fitness gurus don’t know about.

Here’s the secret to getting a supercharged N.O. boost:

Basic l-arginine is effective, but it has drawbacks. It creates N.O. and sends out the “expand” signal to your blood vessels. But it lasts for maybe an hour after you take it. Then it disappears from your system.

That defeats the purpose. You can’t get your potency back when your N.O. boost is temporary. You need something that gives you a lasting boost throughout the day.

To fix the problem, I added a special form of l-arginine to my Red formula. It’s called arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (A-AKG). This gives you a “time release” effect. Instead of getting a quick boost and then fading fast, you get a sustained N.O. release that lasts the whole day.

A-AKG is far superior to anything else you’ll find out there. It’s time-release extends the power of the standard l-arginine and gives you the power to strike when the urge hits.

When you blend the two together, they are more powerful.

My Red formula is only step one.

The real secret is alternating between the two. By moving between the Red and Black formulas, I believe your body won’t build up a resistance or hit a plateau.

After you take the Red formula, you’ll switch to Black.

During my travels I’ve looked for and gathered what I believe are some of the most potent male performance herbs on the planet.

My trips to India, Peru, Jamaica, and Brazil were full of revelations and treks through the forest. I met with healers and medicine men. (Some medicine women, too.) They showed me their most powerful natural herbs.

I’m working to bring these herbs back to the U.S. Many of them are completely unknown to the Western world. There’s so much to tell you about… For now, I want to share some stories about the herbs in my Black formula.

Tribulus terrestris (puncture vine) has been used in India and Eastern Europe since ancient times. Its legendary status is well-deserved.

Tribulus is a non-hormonal herb… but is thought to have hormonal effects. It has the safety of an herb, and in animal studies it appears to raise levels of sex hormones including testosterone and LH. In a study on chimps published just last year, it ramped up testosterone by over 50%.3

There is preliminary evidence it does the same thing for men. One group of researchers found it lifted levels of testosterone in a small group of healthy men by 30% after only five days.4

Another key herb in my Black formula is Epimedium grandiflorum (horny goat weed). There is preliminary evidence it blocks a man’s worst enemy: PDE5. This enzyme – which is more and more common as you age – reduces your body’s ability to make nitric oxide (N.O.).

As you already know, N.O. is critical for getting it up. PDE5 is the bad guy that blocks it… In fact, PDE5 is one of the main reasons older guys are not as hard.

Muira puama (potency wood) is a famous aphrodisiac that grows in the Amazon basin in Brazil. During my trip, I spoke to traditional healers about its legendary powers. It’s been used to help men for hundreds – if not thousands – of years.

The UCLA School of Medicine has investigated this potent herb, and the British Herbal pharmacopoeia lists it as a means of getting help in the bedroom.

One published journal study suggests muira puama helped over 50% of men with this problem.5

While these herbs have centuries of traditional use behind them, there’s a modern plague zapping men’s strength and manhood. And it’s not happening in the remote Amazon jungles… it’s happening right here on Main Street, USA.

By alternating between Red and Black, you stay ahead of the game.

After years of research, my Natural T formula is finally ready. And I’ve seen what it can do.

That’s why I’m so excited for you to have your own experience.

Try Natural T today.

You’ll get help with better blood flow, more energy, and more enthusiasm.

You can alternate between my Red and Black formulas as long as you like. You’ll always respond, because you cycle between the two.

If it doesn’t work for you, or if you don’t feel like it lived up to your expectations, just ask for my no-hassle refund. You’ll get all your money back with no questions asked.

When you recharge your body and give it the right building blocks, anything is possible.

Natural T sidesteps all the problems you may have experienced with other formulas.

You don’t have to come to my clinic to get the help I give my patients.

It’s here for you right now.

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

Now here’s a disturbing trend. Men are now getting “breast reduction” surgery like never before. The number of surgeries has risen 2,540% in 5 years.1

Even worse, doctors often recommend surgery when it isn’t necessary.

Men usually don’t need breast reduction… they need estrogen reduction.

Here’s the reason:

The female hormone estrogen is behind the rise in man boobs.

There are forms of estrogen everywhere in our environment. It gets into a man’s body and sends the signal to become more feminine, hence the boobs.

It’s bad for women, too. An increase in estrogen means depression and anxiety. And a big increase in the risk of cancer.

Farmers use estrogen in cattle, pigs, and chicken to fatten them up. When you eat the meat, you get the estrogen, too. And that’s not all… there are chemicals that have a structure that looks like estrogen.

These chemicals are also in thousands of products you use everyday. From shampoo, plastic cups, garden hoses, flooring, etc. – all those “estrogen mimics” are getting into your bloodstream and sending “female” signals to the tissues in your body.

Chemicals that look like estrogen send the same feminizing signals as real estrogen. Sadly, your body can’t tell the difference. That’s why so many guys are being turned into women.

It’s not just man boobs you have to worry about. These estrogen signals make you fat, slow, and tired. And they zap your sex life, too.

If you’re a woman, the extra dose of estrogen can make your menstrual cycle more painful. And when you go through menopause, it will likely be more traumatic.

The flood of estrogen you get from your environment stops your body’s production of hormones. That’s your body’s way of trying to stay balanced. If you’re getting estrogen from other sources, your body doesn’t need to make its own.

But along with stopping estrogen, your body will also stop making progesterone. And that’s bad news. Progesterone is a woman’s “feel good” hormone. It relieves anxiety and depression. I see low levels of progesterone in at least half of my female patients, if not more.

On top of feeling depressed and irritable, all that extra estrogen ramps up your risk for heart attack, stroke, and cancer.2,3

The good news is you can take simple steps to get rid of the extra estrogen in your blood. The first step is to lower your exposure to chemicals, especially in your food:

Avoid processed, packaged, and fast foods.

Eat organic whenever you can.

Stick to grass-fed, hormone-free beef and poultry products.

Eat wild-caught fish whenever possible.

Stay away from processed grains.

Step two is taking natural compounds that flush excess estrogen from your bloodstream. They’re often sold together at any health-food store. One is Indole 3 Carbinole (I-3-C), and the other is Diindolylmethane (DIM).

I-3-C and DIM are concentrated forms of cruciferous vegetables. Cruciferous vegetables are great at clearing estrogen, but you would have to eat a lot to get the estrogen-cleansing effect. Taking a supplement is easier. To give you an idea, 400 mg of I-3-C is equal to 130 raw brussels sprouts or ¼ head of raw cabbage.4

If you have trouble finding these supplements in your neighborhood, you can take Estro-Cleanse. It’s my own formula, the one I give my patients.

To Your Good Health,

Maximize Your Performance and Shift Your Energy into High Gear

You already know that industrial chemicals can be dangerous. But did you know that modern industry is putting hundreds of chemicals into your everyday environment that mimic the female hormone estrogen?

These estrogen look-alikes are waging war on your masculinity. This saps your strength, muscle, ambition, competitive spirit and sexual performance. As your estrogen rises and your testosterone drops, you can expect:

Fat Gain: Fat replaces shrinking muscles.

Sexual Problems: Sex drive fades and erections become seldom or difficult.

Loss of Ambition: Fatigue and low energy sap your drive and will to succeed.

Increasing Risk of Prostate Disease: Excess estrogen causes both prostate enlargement and prostate cancer.

Today, I’ll tell you why fake estrogens are a threat and where they are. Then, I’ll show you how to reduce or eliminate your exposure. You’ll also discover foods and supplements that can reverse this feminizing process.

Know What You’re Up Against

The problem is that many modern synthetics used in today’s products have structures almost exactly like estrogen.

When they get into your bloodstream, they give your cells a new set of instructions. They tell your body to become more feminine.

The most specific sign of excess estrogen is extra fat in your breast. But long before “man boobs,” most men will get a gradual “softening.” You develop a soft, “dough boy” appearance as your muscle turns to fat.

Over time, you start to lose your masculine edge, your confidence and sense of purpose. You may feel fatigued or depressed and your sex drive usually plummets.

If you go to a doctor for advice, he’ll run useless tests, put you on drugs that have nothing to do with the cause of your problem, or tell you that, “you’re just getting old.” Sadly, most men accept their loss of physical power, mental focus and sexual potency as part of the normal aging process.

Few ever realize they’re being poisoned. With the FDA insisting that adding estrogens to our food is safe and doctors knowing virtually nothing about it, how could these men know that they’ve been chemically castrated?

The Dangers of a Plastic World

Since you can’t see, smell or taste them, you can’t tell which products contain estrogen look-a-likes. But they are very common. Here’s a short list:

Vinyl Flooring

Deodorants

Moisturizers

Pesticides

Detergents

Perfumes

Garden hoses

Fertilizers

Shampoo

Hair Spray

Inflatable toys

Plastics

And the list goes on… But plastics are the worst – because they are everywhere. From plastic bags and water bottles to the packaging your food comes in – plastic is almost impossible to escape.

Two of the big offenders are bisphenol A and phthalates (pronounced THAL-ates). These man-made chemicals have structures that look strikingly similar to estrogen.

Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is another. It’s used to make Teflon and Gore-Tex. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) tested for the presence of phthalates and PFOA in the general population. The results were sobering. Every person tested – without exception – had trace amounts of both chemicals in their bloodstream.1

Jim Pirkle, deputy director at the CDC’s Environmental Laboratory warned that these findings have serious implications – especially for men. “The big concern with phthalates is that they have anti-androgen activity. They get rid of things that are in the testosterone line – the things that make a man a man.” 1

Rising Estrogen Can Lead to Infertility – Even Cancer

More than 15 percent of couples in the U.S. are unable to have a child.2 And in 30 percent to 40 percent of these cases, male infertility is the problem. But not just in America. British sperm counts and sperm density have dropped dramatically between 1938 and 1991.3

Scientists in Britain suspected the chemical HPTE, commonly found in pesticides. By experimenting on rats, they found that HPTE directly interferes with testosterone production in the testes.4

Tufts University researchers found that crop dusters who handled estrogen-mimicking pesticides lost their sexual desire and developed very low sperm counts.5 It’s no small wonder that male breast cancer has increased 26 percent over the last two decades.6

Yet prostate disease is a far bigger threat. German researchers found that estrogen levels in prostatic tissue increase, as men get older.7 And the journal Prostate reported that estrogen increases your risk of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) – or swollen prostate.

Even more incriminating, a Japanese team discovered that prostate size directly correlates with the ratio of estradiol (a form of estrogen) to free testosterone. They reported, “patients with large prostates have more estrogen dominate environments” and “estrogens are the key hormones for the induction and development of BPH.”

This problem is made worse when it coincides with another hormonal problem – falling testosterone.

Measure Your Masculine Ratio

Testosterone is the source of your masculine features. But as you get older, your levels drop.

Once you hit 40, your testosterone level decreases about one percent a year.8

As your levels fall, and your body accumulates estrogen, the ratio of testosterone-to-estrogen starts to shift unfavorably:

(Adapted from Dilman and Dean, 1992, based on data from Moroz and Verkhratsky, 1985)

Your ratio of testosterone to estrogen should be at least 4:1. That’s four parts testosterone to one part estrogen. All other things being equal – the higher your ratio, the more masculine you’ll look and feel. I try to get my male patients closer to 8:1.

Many of the men who come to my clinic have ratios that are below 4:1. In fact, about 10 percent of the older men coming to my clinic have more female estrogen than male testosterone.

Once you fall below 4:1, you’ll have the following problems: low sex drive, problems achieving and/or maintaining an erection, excess fat, loss of ambition, memory problems, fatigue and sometimes depression and anxiety.

Rising estrogen increases fat. (That’s why they give it to farm animals.) It starts with a smooth layer of fat under the skin. This robs you of muscle definition. If often progresses to a pudgy abdomen and fat-rounding of the face and jaw. But you’re not stuck with it. If you get rid of excess estrogen rapidly, you’ll reduces this fat.

An example from my clinic: Ron L. came in with fatigue and no sex drive. When his blood tests came back, his testosterone was only 384 – a level I’d expect from someone twice his age. To make matters worse, his estrogen was 156 – (more than some women). His ratio of testosterone to estrogen was only 2.7:1 – far too low for a man.

Even though he only weighed 175, he was carrying a lot of body fat at 35%. In other words, he was obese even though he wasn’t particularly overweight. This can happen if you replace enough of your muscle with fat. Notice he had only 108 lbs. of lean tissue.

I put him on the same program to boost testosterone and muscle, and lower fat and estrogen that you have in this article. As you can see in the chart, he built 30 lbs. of muscle and lost 30 lbs. of fat in only a few months:

Follow These Simple Steps and Boost Your Masculine Ratio Today…

As a start, reduce or eliminate the most common ways excess estrogen gets into your body. Here are a few suggestions you can apply right away:

Eliminate pesticides from water with a water purifier.

Wash your vegetables and fruits before eating.

Buy grass-fed or hormone free meats. If you get meat from other sources, trim off the fat. Estrogen mimickers collect in the fat.

Avoid processed meats – they have fat ground in.

Avoid processed carbohydrates like bread, cereals, and pasta. They cause excess insulin, which builds fat and stimulates feminizing estrogen.

Eat vegetables high in fiber to absorb excess estrogen.

Work with your doctor to reduce or eliminate medications. These interfere with your liver’s capacity to remove excess estrogens.

By making changes to your food, you can easily improve your testosterone to estrogen ratio. Here are my top choices for boosting testosterone and lowering estrogen:

Oysters: These “original testosterone boosters,” are packed with protein, zinc and magnesium – all three play a key role in testosterone production.

Lean Beef: One of your best choices for overall good health. When possible, eat grass-fed beef.

Beans: These offer a great combination of protein and fiber with more zinc than any other veggie. Navy, lima, kidney, and green beans are good sources.

Eggs: Eggs have all essential amino acids, making them the best source of protein. And don’t believe the hype; cholesterol in eggs won’t hurt you.

Broccoli: This is one of the best foods for eliminating estrogens in the urine.

Cabbage: Also great for reducing estrogen and a good source of fiber.

Brussels’s Sprouts: Also estrogen-targeting fiber and nutrient-rich veggies.

Garlic: Enhances testosterone and blocks cortisol, your body’s stress hormone.

In my practice, I use a combination of supplements to bring down estrogen levels in my patients.

Dindolylmethane (DIM), a naturally occurring compound found in brussels sprouts and cabbage, helps your body break down estrogen into safe compounds, clearing away the unwanted female hormone. I recommend taking 100 mg of DIM.

In a study from the University of California at Berkeley, patients who took DIM were able to break down estrogen — and excrete is as metabolites in their urine — much more efficiently than those not taking DIM.

Indole-3-carbinol, a precursor to DIM, helps metabolize estrogen into harmless compounds. It also prevents the negative effects too much estrogen in a male body can cause, by blocking the fake estrogen from attaching to your cell’s receptors. Take 100 mg of Indole-3-carbinol a day.

Resveratrol inhibits the enzyme aromatase. Aromatase is the enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen. By stopping that process, resveratrol allows you to keep your testosterone levels high. Take 200 mg of resveratrol daily.

Chaste tree berry helps reduce prolactin levels.9 Prolactin is a hormone women secrete when they are pregnant. Men don’t want it in their bodies. Take 100 mg a day of chaste tree berry.

A blood test will tell you your testosterone to estrogen ratio. Once you’ve established your “baseline,” use the advice here to boost your ratio. Try to keep your estrogen below 130, with a testosterone to estrogen ratio of at least 4:1.

I just got back from my third trip to Jamaica this year, and I have some terrific news for you!

Back in March I told you about my first trip when I met Ivy Harris, a native Maroon healer. She introduced me to herbs that I had never heard of before: All Man’s Strength, Prone Bark, Black Wist, and Bachelor’s Buttons. The names describe what they do – give men potency and virility.

At the time, I mentioned that Ivy’s garden – while a treasure trove of West African, Native American and local Jamaican herbs – wasn’t big enough for me to grow a supply that I could share with you. Ivy treats about 100 people a year; I treat thousands in my practice alone.

I checked with the suppliers I work with in the U.S. They couldn’t find these herbs anywhere. They’d never heard of them. They told me it was a lost cause.

But, on this trip, I found an herbalist who owns 500 acres of land in Port Antonio, Jamaica – the same region where Ivy lives. I’m working with him right now to plant crops of these little-known herbs for male potency.

I’m hoping to bring these herbs to you soon. Ivy tells me that she and her Maroon ancestors have used these remedies successfully for hundreds of years.

Of course, I’ll need to evaluate their effectiveness with my own clinical trials. And I’ll have to arrange with customs to get this non-native flora into the country.

In the meantime, if you’re looking for ways to boost your testosterone naturally and improve your performance, here are some herbs that will help do the job:

Tribulus terrestris – This libido booster has a 3,000-year old history across Asia. It ratchets up your manliness in every way. Plus, new research suggests that Tribulus can get your engines revved up.1

German researchers gave it to 50 lucky guys. The result? The men reported they had “better sex afterwards, more fun in bed and just generally felt better about themselves.” Take 500 mg daily.

Muira puama – In one study, French researchers gave muira puama to men who complained of lack of sexual desire, or inability to attain or maintain an erection. After just 14 days, 62% of the men said the treatment had a dynamic effect.2 Take 500 mg.

Epimedium – Better known as horny goat weed, it has a long history of use as a natural aphrodisiac. In a remote area of China, a goat herder noticed that when his goats chewed on a certain patch of weeds, they became sexually aroused – and almost unbearably potent for hours at a time. I recommend taking 250 mg of horny goat weed.

Stinging Nettles – Once considered a “poor man’s vegetable” more than an herb, nettle has anti-inflammatory properties and promotes prostate health. Take 140 mg a day.

These are the same herbs that I use with my patients and I put in my product formulas.

To Your Good Health,

What you do need is potency.

Potency is more than just getting it up when you’re in the mood. Potency is a combination of strength, desire, muscle mass and readiness for sex. It’s a feeling of extraordinary potential… like having your foot on the accelerator of a turbo-charged exotic.

Potency is power on demand.

In medical terms, potency is all about blood flow. That means getting oxygen-rich blood to every part of your body at a moment’s notice. It’s easy for young people because their veins and arteries easily expand to handle the extra flow.

As you get older, your veins and arteries get narrow and stiff. But you can restore youthful blood flow and rock hard performance at any age.

Use the Power of Performance Enhancers Without Taking Drugs

The secret to big blood flow is nitric oxide (NO2) It’s the chemical from the lining of your blood vessels that makes them expand.

Most people think of blood vessels as rigid tubes. Kind of like the pipes in your house. But blood vessels are like balloons. They can expand and contract rapidly. When they’re open full throttle they can move tremendous amounts of blood. But when they’re too narrow you’re in big trouble.

Here’s the real problem: As you get older, your supply of NO2 drops off. Your body just doesn’t make as much as it used to. That makes it much harder for your arteries to expand. And if your blood vessels can’t expand, blood can’t get into your penis. That means no erection… no sex… end of story.

This is similar to how performance enhancers work. Performance enhancers bind to the enzymes that destroy NO2. By knocking out the stuff that gets rid of NO2, your body has the chance to accumulate more of it. As soon as that happens – usually 30 to 40 minutes after taking the pill – you’re in business.

As far as drugs go, performance enhancers aren’t bad. But their effects diminish over time. The studies I’ve seen show that over 50% of men stop using performance enhancers after three years because they stopped working.

There is good news though… By giving your body a particular nutrient, you can get your body to create more NO2. As much as you can handle. This breakthrough is not a substitute for performance enhancers, but works in a similar way. And it’s not a drug.

As you’ll see, getting more NO2 does a lot more than give you big, hard erections… All that extra blood flow brings back the thing that really matters: Potency.

Potency grows your muscles, makes your heart a tireless warrior and brings the desire back to your bedroom life.

In just a minute, I’ll tell you what this ingredient is and how it works. It’s perfectly safe and is a natural way to get the benefits of performance enhancers without taking drugs.

First, I want to show how this missing ingredient affects more than just your sex life… When your levels drop, you start to fall apart – from head to toe.

Does Your Whole Body Have ED?

Potency is about blood flow. When you don’t have it, major systems in your body start to shut down. The “big three” are:

Muscle strength

Sexual performance

Heart health

Breakdown in these critical areas gives you a kind of whole body ED. That’s what happens when you’re missing the nutrient that makes your muscles bulge. It’s the same one that gives you big, bulging erections.

But there’s an easy way to take care of the problem…

All your blood vessels need NO2 to help them expand. Every vein, artery and capillary – a network that spans thousands of miles – is dependent on NO2 for survival. Without NO2, life would not be possible.

Your heart is a good example. Without NO2 your heart has to work overtime to move blood through your body. Over time, even the major arteries that lead into and out of the four chambers of your heart will start to harden. Of course, this dramatically increases your chance of heart attack.

And that’s just for starters… When your blood vessels are stiff, your major organs don’t get the oxygen they need. And that wipes out your energy supply. Your muscles suffer too. Without blood and oxygen your muscles shrink and start to atrophy.

Your sex life is next on the list. When your blood supply is weak and slow there’s no way to get a good, solid erection. You’ve probably seen articles in the news showing the connection between ED and heart disease. That’s why.

The “Little Blue Pill” Started Off as a Heart Drug…

The first performance enhancer was originally tested as a heart drug. Researchers were looking for a way to improve blood flow by tinkering with NO2. And they were successful, but not in the way they intended.

Instead of helping heart patients, test subjects got a “big surprise.” Unfortunately, there is also research that some performance enhancers increase clotting activity.1 Elevated clotting agents increase heart attack risk. If you’re at risk, performance enhancers aren’t the safest choice.

Nitrates aren’t any better. Doctors prescribe nitrate drugs for people with chest pain. They open vessels to allow blood to reach the heart easier. But they also damage the lining of your blood vessels.

Ironically, the drugs designed to improve blood flow may also damage it. And this zaps your strength and potency even more.

It’s not just a bedroom issue… A lack of potency gives you the feeling that your whole body has gone limp. You lose your sense of power, your ability to do everyday activities – even getting out of bed can become a chore.

As a man, this is a crushing experience. Losing everything that makes you feel like a man leaves you little to look forward to. But getting older doesn’t have to be this dark or unsettling.

You can trigger the production of NO2… You can get bigger blood flow, regardless of your current age or level of conditioning.

Use Nature’s Performance Enhancers for Bigger, Better Blood Flow – Everyday!

The first step to more NO2 (and huge blood flow) is a simple amino acid called l-arginine. This building block is a precursor to nitric oxide. That means your body uses it to create NO2.

Body builders have been using l-arginine for years. Taken before a workout, it gives them a “muscle pump” by dilating blood vessels and getting more blood and oxygen to their muscles.

L-arginine is an easy way to build new muscle, boost strength and speed recovery after you workout. But you don’t have to go to the gym to get the benefits. This stuff works even when you’re sitting on the couch watching TV.

Getting your body to make more NO2 ramps up your potency level. It’s like a wave of “can do” energy that wakes you up across the board.

You don’t just feel it in your muscles… you feel it between your legs too. When you get turned on, the rush of blood to your penis gives you fast, spontaneous erections. You’ll be ready to go at a moment’s notice.

Your circulation will improve too… You’ll notice a big difference – especially if you have trouble breathing. Many of my patients tell me they can take bigger, deeper breaths after taking l-arginine.

They tell me it feels like a power boost that affects their whole body. All at once they feel stronger, more alert and more alive.

There’s a strong mental component to this experience too. All that extra blood and oxygen to your brain gives you the feeling of clarity and mental calm.

I’ve been using l-arginine for years. It’s one of the most reliable, fast-acting tools for giving your manhood a boost fast. It’s hard to underestimate the benefits (and pleasure) of getting more NO2 to your cells.

For any man – including you – NO2 is the most critical, most valuable substance on earth. It’s so essential, the guys who discovered the functions of nitric oxide were jointly awarded the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine.

They revealed NO2’s ability to send signals to your cells. Think of NO2 as a kind of “sex messenger,” telling your blood vessels to expand. They also provided indisputable evidence that l-arginine is your body’s chief source for creating nitric oxide.

The Best Way to Supplement with Arginine

As a standard supplement to maintain healthy muscles, to help prevent heart disease, and to stave off ED, you can take arginine in a capsule form. Take a 500 mg cap each day for prevention.

For therapeutic use, that is, to fix a current problem, you’ll get the most from your arginine supplement if you take it in powder form. To build lost muscle, to improve sexual performance, to help reduce recurring chest pains, take up to 5 grams each day. For doses this high taken over any length of time, you really have to use a powder.

Because arginine is an amino acid, proteins compete with its absorption. For this reason, you shouldn’t take it with meals. Instead, take it between meals on a relatively empty stomach. Simply take a teaspoon of powder mix it with water and swig it down the hatch.

By adding arginine to your supplement regimen a weakening heart, problems in the bedroom, and smaller muscles don’t have to be an accepted part of aging. You can beat these problems and stay healthy, vigorous and strong.

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pay off as obvious as this one.

And I’ve been watching companies buy FDA approval for decades. In fact, a huge portion of the FDA’s budget comes directly from Big Pharma and other industries in the form of “user fees.”

Look at the chart below. It shows the annual budget for the University of Michigan’s “Risk Science Center” versus a recent one-time donation.

That single $5 million donation is enough to fund the center every day for the next 50 years.

The donation came from Charles Gelman, the retired head of Gelman Sciences, a medical device manufacturing company.

Why would a retired company founder donate so much money to a rather insignificant research center? The answer lies at the center of one of the most lucrative products of the $177.2 billion chemical industry.

As we speak, an FDA panel is preparing to make a ruling on Bisphenol-A, a primary ingredient in plastics.

And the chairman of the FDA panel also happens to be the chairman of the “Risk Science Center”. It doesn’t take a genius to see that Gelman’s donation likely isn’t for purely altruistic reasons.

The truth is BPA can cause serious health problems. The Canadian government recently labeled it toxic for its potential to cause reproductive, developmental and neurological problems (particularly in infants and children).

It’s been linked to a wide range of problems including: 1,2

Cardiovascular disease

Type 2 Diabetes

Cancers

Obesity

Advanced Puberty

And, it was found in 93% of people in a recent study.3

The easiest way to prevent it from invading your body is by staying away from plastics. That includes plastic bottles and even canned foods (because can linings are frequently coated with plastic. Here are steps you can take:

To buy products that are made without Bisphenol-A, look for the “BPA free” label.

Use plastics that have the recycling numbers 1, 2, or 5 (look for it on the bottom of the bottle). Avoid the recycling numbers 3 (polycarbonate) or 7 (PVC).

Use glass – instead of plastic – baby bottles.

Wait until food cools before placing it in plastic containers.

Filter your tap water to prevent PVC from pipes from leaking into the water you and others consume.

Avoid soft plastic toys that small children may put in their mouths.

Avoid vinyl shower curtains.

Purchase deodorants and soaps that are fragrance free.

One more important thing you should know – BPA mimics estrogen in your body. And it can throw your delicate hormone balance out of whack, causing serious problems.

If you feel tired, have a fading sexual appetite or can’t seem to lose weight, you may have too much estrogen in your body.

You can take a combination of supplements that flush out excess estrogen in the body.

I’ve developed a special supplement to help flush this excess estrogen out.

To Your Good Health,

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

I’ve just seen the research on one more thing you should know. Now, research shows that CoQ10 can improve a man’s sperm quality and sex drive.

Researchers in Italy divided infertile men into two groups. The ones who took just 200 mg a day of CoQ10 experienced significant improvement in sperm cell motility, the quality of the sperm cell.1

And it doubled the pregnancy rate over the men not taking CoQ10.

A number of studies have shown that, for the past 40 years, the quality and quantity of men’s sperm has decreased significantly.2 As your sperm count drops, so does your potency.

A major cause is the environment we live in. Chemicals in everything from the pesticides used in your food to the plastic in your water bottles and food containers find their way into your bloodstream. These chemicals, known as xeno-estrogens, act like estrogen in your body.

The result is a hormonal imbalance that leaves your body with less testosterone and more estrogen.

Bottom line: You may not be as potent as you should be.

What should you do?

So far, we’ve seen the amazing things CoQ10 can do for certain types of cancer and congestive heart failure. I recommend you take 50 mg daily of CoQ10 of the ubiquinol form. It’s 8 times stronger than regular CoQ10, which means that 50 mg of ubiquinol CoQ10 is equal to 400 mg of regular CoQ10. Plus, it stays in the bloodstream longer than regular CoQ10.

Once you’ve got that down, try these other potency boosters:

Zinc – If you’re a man, and you like to have sex, you need zinc. This important mineral is involved in testosterone metabolism. It also plays a role in sperm formation. A study published in the journal Archives of Andrology found that men who took 60 mg of zinc more than doubled their sperm count. What’s more, testosterone levels also increased.3 You can find zinc at your health food store. Take 60 mg a day.

DIM – Diindolylmethane (DIM) is found in vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower. It flushes excess estrogen out of your body, restoring your hormone levels back to normal. The more testosterone you have in relation to estrogen, the more potent – and virile—you’ll be. I recommend getting 100 mg of DIM a day.

Folate – In a study published in Human Reproduction, men with low levels of folate had a higher percentage of defective sperm, even though they were otherwise completely healthy.4 I usually get my male patients on 800 mcg per day, but you can go as high as 1,200 mcg to enhance the health and integrity of your sperm cell reserves.

Vitamin C – You’ll see this on a lot of lists. It’s also a powerful antioxidant critical for maintaining healthy sperm. It protects the sperm cell from DNA damage. In one study, men saw a huge increase in their sperm count over the course of just 7 days. Those that took 200 mg of vitamin C a day had a 112% increase in sperm count. And those who took 1,000 mg a day boosted their sperm count by 140%!5 I suggest you take at least 2,000 mg per day.

To Your Good Health,

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

A new report proves that Tribulus terrestris can get your engines revved up… better than any other product designed to heighten male perfomance.1

German researchers working on a natural enhancement supplement gave it to 50 lucky men. They found it stoked the fires of their desire far better than the pharmaceutical products you’ve heard so much about.

The men also said that once they took this safe botanical they had “better sex afterwards, more fun in bed and just generally felt better about themselves.”

Tribulus boosts performance and heightens desire. In fact it ratchets up your manliness across the board—something those prescription performance drugs can’t do.

That’s because Tribulus raises your levels of “vitamin T”—testosterone.

All these types of drugs do is get the blood flowing to where it’s needed… but not much more. For men whose problem isn’t circulation, these drugs don’t stand up. Prescription performance drugs lose their punch over time.

Keeping your testosterone levels high, on the other hand, leads to lasting sexual pleasure. Testosterone lies behind male excitement, virility, and potency. If you don’t have enough, today’s drugs will do nothing to solve the problem.

Decades of clinical research have shown that Tribulus restores your testosterone levels. In a study on chimps published just last year, it ramped up “vitamin T” by over 50%.2

It does the same thing for men. One group of researchers found it elevated levels of testosterone in a group of healthy men by 30% after only five days.3

You can also kick up your “vitamin T” with these simple, proven techniques:

Creatine and Taurine. Red meat is rich in creatine, taurine, and CoQ10—natural muscle builders—and testosterone boosters. Grass-fed beef is the best source of these nutrients.

DIM. Diindolylmethane (DIM) helps the body break down estrogen, the female hormone. Cruciferous veggies like broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and cauliflower are rich in DIM. Lowering estrogen improves your testosterone/estrogen ratio. And when you improve this ratio, you’ll get the feeling of a testosterone boost.

My PACE® program. A watershed 2007 report looked at vitamin T levels in almost 1,700 men.4 The biggest factor in testosterone loss? Weight gain. Packing on more fat has the same effect as getting ten years older. So focus on building muscle and shedding the pounds. My patented PACE® program does both in minutes a day.

Do you find yourself standing over the urinal waiting for something to happen, but nothing does? If you’ve ever had this problem, you’re not alone...

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

Do you find yourself standing over the urinal waiting for something to happen, but nothing does? If you’ve ever had this problem, you’re not alone.

It’s one of the most common parts of aging I see in new male patients. Sixty percent of men over 60 have weak stream when urinating. That number shoots up to nearly 80% ten years later.1

In fact, weak “pee power” is one of the oldest health issues in the world. We know from ancient scrolls that the Egyptians developed their own formulas for treating it as far back as 2000 BC.2

The use of simple plant formulas to promote health goes back to the beginning of civilization. It’s called phytotherapy (“phyto” is the Greek word for plant).

The Journal of Urology3 published a major study last year on men that had age-related urinary tract issues. It looked at all the available data on plant extracts like pygeum and saw palmetto. They found that all of them can significantly increase your “stream power.”

Researchers in Japan got similar results in a group of men aged 49 and up . . . with a common mushroom.4 Pure extract boosted their flow in just 12 weeks.

So what makes plants so potent? Plants are your only source of essential nutrients called “phytosterols.” Your body uses them to maintain the health of your cell membranes.

They’re also potent antioxidants. They can reduce inflammation and improve blood flow. They help to maintain healthy tissue in your prostate and urinary tract.

Beta sitosterol is one of the most powerful. Certain traditional plants and herbs have high concentrations, including

Pumpkin seeds

Stinging nettle

Saw palmetto

African plum (pygeum africanum)

Maca root

In fact, beta sitosterol is commonly used overseas—with good reason. Years of clinical evidence point to its potency. The British Journal of Urology published results from a clinical trial of almost 200 men with weak flow. They took 130 mg of beta sitosterol for 6 months.

The result? They got significant relief, naturally.5

You can get beta sitosterol through diet. Here are a few foods rich in it:

Food (200 cal serving)

Beta sitosterol (mg)

Avocado

91

Pistachios (raw)

77

Almonds

46

Macadamia nuts

Lentils

27

Of course, today’s food supply isn’t as good as it used to be. To ensure you get the full benefit, supplements are a better way to go.

I’ve just finished my own formula that promotes prostate health and urinary tract function. It’s packed with pure, high-quality extracts from all the traditional remedies I mentioned. It’s also rich in antioxidants and other natural compounds to keep your flow strong.

It’s called ProstaVive. Give it a try today.

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

A few of my patients have asked me what I think about the latest news that prostate screening tests – known as PSA tests – are inaccurate.

It turns out that less than one in three men with high amounts of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in their bloodstream wind up having prostate cancer.1

Does that mean you shouldn’t bother getting screened for prostate cancer? Here’s the lowdown.

PSA is a protein your prostate cells make to improve the quality of your semen. So it’s perfectly normal and necessary to have a certain amount of PSA in your blood stream.

Cancer cells usually throw off more PSA, raising your levels. Tests are supposed to catch it in time.

The problem is there are other things that cause high PSA that have nothing to do with cancer.

For instance, you might have a larger prostate than a lot of other men. A bigger prostate means more prostate cells, which in turn produce more PSA.

An infection can also cause a rise in PSA.

The result is a lot of false positives… and a lot of men getting painful biopsies when they don’t need to.

To add to the confusion, a PSA test can also come back negative even when you do have early symptoms.

One reason is your PSA levels could be low to begin with. This can happen in younger men or those with unusually small prostates. The presence of cancer cells would raise your PSA… but not to levels considered high.

An infection can also cause a drop in PSA.

Finally, some drugs can artificially lower your PSA, including finasteride, which is a treatment to prevent prostate cancer.

The bottom line is you can easily preserve prostate health and sidestep nasty biopsies or powerful drugs. Here’s what I do in my own medical practice:

For early detection, PSA tests are still the best way to go. I test my patients regularly and often, especially if they’re over 50.

For prevention, you can preserve your prostate health naturally with herbs and extracts. Some have been used effectively for thousands of years. They’re completely safe—and they match up in clinical testing:

Saw palmetto. The “gold standard” in natural prostate care, it comes from the berry of a palm tree we’ve got right here in South Florida. Native Americans used it back in the 1700s to treat enlarged prostate and erectile dysfunction. They were onto something. Several major studies, including one published in the prestigious Journal of the American Medical Association, showed improvement across a range of prostate issues, especially for enlarged prostate.2 Take 350 mg per day of berry extract.

Nettle root. The root extract and leaf powder of the stinging nettle has been a widely used, effective treatment for years—overseas. A double-blind placebo controlled trial in Germany studied 41 men with enlarged prostate. After 3 months, those taking nettle extract reported twice the progress as the placebo group and experienced an improved urinary flow. I recommend 50 mg nettle root extract and 5 mg of nettle leaf powder daily.

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

Did you know one out of three men who try the Viagra-type drugs have zero reaction or benefit?1

And here’s the worst part – most of these male potency drugs lose their punch over time. More than half the men who have a good initial reaction stop using the “cures” within a year or two because they stop working.

It isn’t because they’re ineffective – it’s because your body has a natural adaptive response mechanism that actually works against them.

Just like bacteria resist antibiotics and insects resist pesticides – your body resists being subjected to the same drugs again and again.

That’s why I’ve developed a solution you won’t find anywhere else…

You already know variation is good for your exercise program. Alternating high and low intensity exercise is better for your heart and gets you fit faster. It turns out the same idea of “cycling” works for ED (erectile dysfunction), too.

My new and powerful solution is a revolutionary two-part formula that works naturally with your body to reduce or prevent the adaptive response.

Part 1 is an easy to swallow tablet. It’s filled with tribulus terrestris – for boosting libido and testosterone levels – and muira puama. Yes, the powerful aphrodisiac.

Part 2 is a delicious fruit-flavored powder packed with potent nutrients like L-arginine and L-carnitine. And here’s where the “cycling” comes in… Part 2 has completely different ingredients from Part 1.

Instead of developing a resistance, your body flows with the natural cycling rhythm of this breakthrough solution.

Now I have to tell you, it’s going to be a few weeks before I’m ready to release this powerful new solution. We could release it sooner, but you know me – I’m a stickler for quality. Please bear with me while I double and triple check it.

But good health and performance always starts with your food.

Follow a high-protein diet. It will help you in the bedroom and keep your heart healthy too. Focus on the “big five:” meat, wild fish, eggs, dairy and nuts. Then you can add the nutritional supplement L-arginine – nature’s hydraulic pump.

L-arginine improves cholesterol levels, relieves heart-related chest pains (angina), controls blood pressure and can help you get an erection. One study showed an 80% improvement in erectile function for men who took 2.8 grams of L-arginine for two weeks.2

If you haven’t seen it yet, you can get lots more tips in 12 Secrets to Virility. You’ll find sure-fire ways to maintain your power and prowess. They’re so easy to follow; you can put them to work right away.

And as soon as my Natural T is available, you’ll be the first to hear about it.

Dear Member,

There’s a sea of change underway that has broad implications for your performance, fertility, and virility.

It’s caused by chemical compounds – found in everyday products – that mimic estrogen, the female hormone.

More and more men who come to my clinic show the warning signs. They’ve developed male “breasts,” fatty tissue that develops over the pectoral muscles. They’ve put on weight, lost their libido, find they don’t have the same “get up and go,” and even have trouble getting their partners pregnant.

In women endocrine disruptors cause weight gain and are linked to several health problems.

The cause lies all around us. Endocrine disruptors can be found in pesticides, clothing, plastics, cosmetics, detergents, hair sprays, even our food and water supplies.

They bind to your body’s estrogen receptors and stimulate hormonal responses that are feminizing for men, and dangerous for women.

About two months ago in my Doctor’s House Call I told you about one of the most widespread endocrine disruptors, Bisphenol-A. It’s used in plastics, food and drink packaging like water and infant bottles, compact discs, impact-resistant safety equipment, and medical devices. Epoxy resins used as lacquers to coat metal products such as food cans, bottle tops, and water supply pipes contain it. Some dental sealants and composites may also contribute to BPA exposure.

Problem is that we have very little research examining these compounds’ long-term effects on humans. But several studies concluded that low-level, continuous exposure to BPA can be harmful to your health.1-2

If you don’t think this is a serious problem, consider this: the 2003-2004 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES III) conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found detectable levels of BPA in 93 percent of 2517 urine samples from people six years and older.3

Right now we don’t know just how much exposure you’re getting to these endocrine disruptors. Here’s what you can do:

First, have your estrogen levels checked. For most men, the optimum levels are four parts testosterone to one part estrogen. Your total estrogen level should be below 100. For women, consult with your gynecologist, as estrogen levels change over your lifetime.

Here are some additional things you can do to limit your exposure to these harmful chemicals and reclaim the things that make you a man – or a woman.

Eliminate pesticides from your water: I recommend drinking only purified water.

Wash your vegetables and fruits before you eat them.

Cut off any visible fat from meat before cooking, since chemicals and hormones from the feed collect in the fat.

Avoid processed meats, because they have fat ground in.

Avoid processed carbohydrates like bread, cereals, and pasta. They make your body release excess insulin, which builds fat and stimulates feminizing estrogen.

Eat vegetables high in fiber to keep yourself regular. When stool remains in your bowel for a longer time, more estrogen is absorbed.

Eat more cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels’s sprouts, and cabbage. They help you excrete excess estrogen.

Eat hormone-free food and free range animals whenever possible.

Incorporate more estrogen-inhibiting foods into your diet. Some of the best and tastiest sources are squash, onions, green beans, cabbage, berries, citrus, pineapples, pears, grapes, figs, melons, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

I’ve also completed a formula to restore proper hormonal balance in both men and women. It’s called EstroCleanse. It will clear your body of xeno-estrogens, compounds that mimic estrogen and support healthy hormone function and balance using safe, natural substances.* These include:

DIM: (diindolylmethane) a compound in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower that lowers estrogen levels naturally.*

I3C: Short for “indole-3-carbinol,” this natural substance protects cells and also “tones down” your estrogen receptors.*

EstroCleanse is now available for general sale. To get your risk-free trial offer, just click HERE.

Dear Member,

A lot of my patients suffer from an embarrassing problem: poor bladder control. Medical solutions aren’t so appealing. I’ve got a better alternative.

It’s called Cat’s Claw Root.

This is a vine native to the jungles of Central and South America. It’s named for its dangerous-looking thorns. Turns out it’s not dangerous at all.

While most herbal specialists in this country don’t know much about it, tribes in the Amazon have been using the root of this plant for centuries.

In fact the Asháninka tribe of Peru swear by its medicinal powers as a general health tonic, contraceptive, and anti-inflammatory agent for the gastrointestinal tract.1*

Turns out they’re onto something. Over the past twenty years, researchers have identified fifty-three separate compounds in Cat’s Claw Root that provide a broad range of health benefits, including:2*

anti-inflammatory

immune booster

antioxidant

central nervous system health support

vascular support

What does all this mean for your bladder function? One of Cat’s Claw’s most important clinically proven benefits for optimum bladder function lies in its unique natural ability to relax the smooth muscles.3* These govern how well the muscles in your bladder are able to void (and retain) urine. If they’re too tight, they constrict, making simple urination difficult. If they’re weak, it makes peeing difficult to control.

Its anti-inflammatory properties are also highly beneficial for the urinary tract.

I’ve found it works well in commercial preparations ranging from 250 to 1000 milligrams daily. You can make a medicinal tea by boiling the root bark of Cat’s Claw in water for five to 10 minutes and then straining the water. A recommended dose is one cup of tea three times daily. You can also try dry, encapsulated standardized extract with 20 to 60 mg daily.

One other point to bear in mind: some people are allergic to Cat’s Claw. Be sure to take it under the supervision of a licensed health practitioner. The symptoms include rash, itching, and in some cases, irritated inflammation of the kidneys. If you experience any of these, discontinue use immediately.

Also make sure the species of Cat’s Claw you’re taking is the right one. There are many plants in Mexico and other parts of Central and South America that go by the name of “Cat’s Claw.”

The one you want should have the botanical name Uncaria Rubiaceae. Other types of Cat’s Claw won’t work and are a waste of money and time.

I developed a supplement that supports normal bladder function. It contains Uncaria Rubiaceae. Click HERE for your risk free trial.

Dear Member,

You may not be as virile as you think…

There may still be something that you aren’t even aware of wrong with your reproductive system. A recent study revealed that if you don’t get enough of a certain nutrient, you risk sterility—or worse.

Truth is, if you’re like most men, you’re probably not getting enough folate.

This is a member of the B complex of vitamins. Leafy greens like spinach and kale are especially rich in folate, along with dried beans, peas, and turnips. We’ve known for decades that it plays a critical role in female reproductive health, improving fertility and insuring the health of the developing fetus.

Turns out it’s just as important for male fertility.

In a study published in Human Reproduction, researchers found that men with low levels of folate also had a higher percentage of defective sperm, even though they were otherwise completely healthy.1

Meanwhile men who got between 700 and 1,200 mcgs of folate per day had 20-30 percent fewer damaged sperm.

This is especially dangerous for would-be fathers. The hazards go beyond the inability to conceive. Without enough folate, you could be at greater risk of having a child with Down’s syndrome and other serious birth defects—even miscarriage.

This underscores a point I stress to my male patients (and couples) all the time: often a simple change in diet and nutrition is all you need to restore optimum sexual health and function—and fertility.

I’ve actually been able to help many couples over the years who’ve been having difficulty getting pregnant—without prescription drugs, invasive surgery, or other risky procedures.

The study also highlighted the importance of several other nutrients in maintaining manhood: zinc and the antioxidants C, E, and beta-carotene.

I run tests for nutrient blood levels with new patients. Ask your doctor to do the same. If you’re running low on folate (or “folic acid”), you can boost it by getting more greens in your diet (organic if possible) or through supplements.

I usually get my male patients on 800 mcg per day, but as the study indicates, you can go as high as 1,200 mcg to enhance the health and integrity of your sperm cell reserves.

Zinc is one of the most important “rocks” men need to stay virile, insure optimum prostate health, and remain sexually active well into your advanced years. Because it’s found in highest concentrations in your prostate, you could say it’s the must-have “”man” mineral.

Take 30 mgs per day.

As for the antioxidants the study highlighted, you’ll want to take all of them—and more. You can find all of them in health food stores or on line (amounts are daily):

Vitamin A – 2,500 IU

Vitamin C – As much as two 5,000 mg per day in divided dose.

Vitamin E – 400 IU

Beta carotene – 20 mg

CoQ10 – 30 mg

Lutein – 20 mg

Lycopeine – 20 mg

One other important point: don’t expect your average “one-a-day” multivitamin to deliver enough of these nutrients. Many if not most of them don’t even contain these nutrients. And they usually use synthetic rather than organic versions, which your body can’t absorb or use. For a great supplement with all the nutrients you need, click HERE.

Dear Reader,

It’s in thousands of different products… everything from cookies to mayonnaise. You probably ate some today without even realizing it.

But that’s a problem: Too much and you may wind up in a male fertility clinic. It robs your manhood and no one’s bothering to tell you.

I’m talking about soy.

The USDA says it’s healthier than protein from meat. Food makers love it because it’s cheap and easy to process—so much so that the soy industry now provides 71% of the edible fats and oils in our nation’s food supply. The FDA says it’s perfectly safe for you to eat.

But the latest science says otherwise.

Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health discovered that men who regularly ate even small amounts of soy-based foods had 41 million fewer sperm per milliliter than men who didn’t.

Ironically, the 99 men who took part in the study were already patients at a male fertility clinic who couldn’t get their partners pregnant. Scientists tracked their eating habits for six years, keeping on the lookout for 15 soy-based foods.

It turns out eating as little as four ounces of tofu or drinking a single cup of soy milk every other day caused men’s sperm counts to plummet.

This isn’t news to me, and it won’t be to my regular readers. Soy is packed with phytoestrogens, plant-based compounds that your body treats just like the female hormone. These belong to a class of “estrogen mimics” that can make men grow “breasts”— fatty deposits that build on top of your pecs—kill your sex drive, even put you at greater risk for prostate cancer.

Now we have proof soy can strike at the very heart of your manhood.

This was the largest study ever to look at human soy consumption and semen quality. Until now, most of the data we had came from animal studies. So it lays to rest the question of whether or not the phytoestrogens in soy can affect male reproductive health in humans.

It also proved for the first time that even traditional soy products pose a threat. Tofu, natto, and tempeh, all part of the traditional Asian diet, will have the same negative effect as processed soy-derived products like soybean oil.

So if you want to protect yourself against this assault on your virility, here are few recommendations:

Watch your soy intake. Remember, even a little soy goes a long way when it comes to lowering your sperm count. As little as 115 grams, or about four ounces of tofu, amounts to a single serving, depending on your body weight. That’s twice the amount that made men virtually sterile in the study.

Check the label. Soy-based ingredients are hidden in plain sight in a wide variety of foods, from baked goods to salad dressings. Here are the names of the food industry’s favorite soy–based products you should avoid:

• Soy Flour

• Soy Isolate

• Soy Isoflavones

• Soy Protein

• Soybean Oil

• Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)

• Vegetable Fat

• Vegetable Oil

• Xanthan Gum

• Zein

Eat food fit for a man. People eat a lot of soy with the best of intentions—they think they’re making a healthy choice by going for an alternative to animal protein. They also want to stay lean and fit, both good ideas.

But the truth is you don’t need to avoid meat to stay healthy—or manly. In fact, meat from organic, grass-fed sources will help you to shed fat, build lean muscle, and boost overall testosterone and growth hormone levels.

One final point for my skeptical readers: you may be wondering how people in Asian societies where soy’s a dietary staple ever manage to have children if it’s so harmful to male fertility. The answer’s simple. They don’t eat nearly as much soy as you’d think.

Even the soy industry’s own research shows that in places like China, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, people eat only 9.3 to 36 grams per day. That’s way below the 115 grams of tofu the men in the study were eating.
