    The Biggest I’ve Ever Seen…

He drove slowly, careful not to scrape the sides of his truck as we drove. The streets of his neighborhood are paved but narrow, with barely enough room to get by. Ancient stone walls topped with strange carvings pressed in from both sides. Wild cacao trees, the biggest I’ve ever seen, loomed overhead.

As we made our way toward his hidden garden, the roads narrowed even more, now no wider than a sidewalk. Man-made walls gave way to thick foliage and immense trees. There were plants on top of plants as far down the road as you could see.

We drove into what looked like a tree tunnel, made a quick right and squeezed the truck through a tiny opening … and what I saw amazed me. A huge field with walking paths and more plants growing everywhere.

How could this be right here, with no hint of it from the road?

We got out of the truck and the first thing I saw was peppermint, just like I have growing in my yard in Florida. There was tapioca, which grows so thick the locals even use it for fences.

    Get Back in the Action

Pain is a delicate subject with my patients. When you’re suffering it can be difficult to express just how much it hurts. I’ve seen patients completely debilitated from chronic pain.

But Americans are tough. We don’t mind a little pain. As long as we can fight through it we don’t let it slow us down.

One thing you don’t want, though, is to take a pain reliever and have the side effect be worse than the original pain. And over-the-counter medications for pain have some pretty awful side effects.

    How Do You Spell Relief?

Many of my patients are surprised when I tell them there’s an easy way to stay “regular.” In fact, keeping your digestive system clear and relaxed is one of the best ways to feel vital and energized.

I’ve spent a lot of time researching the problem and I’ve come up with my own special formula that will help you stay regular naturally. You’ll quickly feel relief when it starts to:

    • Soothe and support intestinal health
    • Help eliminate waste safely and naturally
    • Promote regularity
    • Help you feel clean and fresh on the inside

My Favorite Herb for Natural Pain Relief

Have you heard about the herb kava? It was banned in Europe, and now people are afraid of it. It was used in high doses as a tranquilizer, and it became a popular alternative to prescription drugs. People used it to help them calm down, relax and go to sleep because in large quantities it has that effect.

Just a few years ago it was one of the top-selling herbs around the world. Now it’s been almost totally forgotten. And that’s too bad because it’s really a very good anti-inflammatory. You can use either the root or the leaves to ease inflammation, but only the root was used as a sedative and an intoxicant.

    They’ve Added Caffeine to What?

A man walks into his kitchen in slow motion, yawning and rubbing his shoulder. His shirt’s unbuttoned and his tie’s undone. This guy just can’t get it together. He walks right past the fridge, and right past his wife and kids who he doesn’t even notice. He goes straight for the cabinet and grabs a box of “Bayer AM.”

All of a sudden, the sun comes up and he’s at full speed. His tie is done, he grabs his jacket and briefcase and he’s out the door with a smile.

I saw this commercial yesterday morning after I did my usual PACE routine and turned on the Today show. I shook my head in amazement…

    Stir-Fry Root Eases Pain

The other day a new patient came to my office feeling like he was “coming down with something.” There was no fever or coughing… but he felt tired, stiff, and achy. He even told me he was taking four Advils a day – just to get by.

If his story sounds like your life too, you’re among the millions who suffer from chronic pain. It’s the leading cause of disability in the U.S. And I know it can be downright unbearable at times…

    My Migraine Disappeared in Minutes

If you or a loved one suffers from migraines, you know the side effects can be brutal.

They include nausea, vomiting, ulcers, seizures, dizziness, and extreme sensitivity to light.

You may be tempted to pop a pill and sleep the pain away in a dark room.

The most common pain relievers include, aspirin, naproxen, and ibuprofen.

But prolonged use of these pain relievers can actually make the pain worse…

    She Said Her Hair Hurt…

PAIN… In my work, I’ve seen more kinds than I can count.

    Joint pain… back pain… headache… stomachache… eye pain… tooth pain… earache… stiff, aching neck pain… labor pain… kidney stone pain…

One patient even told me her hair hurt!

Believe me, I could go on. But my point is this…

All these kinds of pain have three things in common:

    Comfort for Your Backside

Do you get lower back pain? Even if you don’t, you might be surprised to know there’s a 90% chance you will at some point in your lifetime. This was one of the first things I learned in my rehab studies during my residency in med school.

Most people blame chronic backaches and leg pain on a variety of things… like nerve issues, muscle problems, a bad mattress, or bending over to pick something up.

But many times, the cause is simply from sitting so much…

    Poison, Beauty Aid or Cure?

Not everyone wants to inject poison into their face. And that’s how a lot of folks feel about Botox.

I don’t blame you. But Botox is also misunderstood.

Botox is naturally occurring and when used properly can do more than take the wrinkles off an aging movie star.

It can end migraines, prostate problems, and muscle spasms. That’s what studies using Botox are showing. We are finding that Botox is not only good for cosmetic anti-aging; it may also ease some very irritating conditions…

    Pure Heaven for Your Backside

Do you get lower back pain from sitting in your office chair for hours on end?

Sitting for long periods can be a pain as you age. Long drives, bleacher seats at a football game or working at your computer can trigger back pain.

Ninety percent of Americans have some back pain at some time in their lives. It’s one of the first things I learned in my rehab studies during my residency in med school. In fact, back pain is the number two reason people visit the doctor, second only to upper-respiratory infections.
