Dear Health Conscious Reader,

When you ask your doctor for “help in the bedroom,” you’re rolling the dice.

You might get help; you might not.

Let me be clear: When doctors offer a pill as a solution, they have the right idea. But they make a big mistake. A mistake that goes unnoticed by all of mainstream medicine. Even the “alternative” doctors aren’t aware of this.

They don’t realize your body has a built-in defense mechanism that will sabotage any chemical effort you make to alter your physiology for bedroom performance.

If you give your body artificial help, you might get decent short-term results. But the effects will start to wear off. And after a few months, you’re right back where you started.

Think of the “coffee effect.” The first time you had coffee, it probably knocked your socks off. For me, I was in college. I remember thinking, “Wow, this stuff is great!” I started drinking it every morning, and whenever I needed that extra boost when I was studying.

But as time went on, I needed more and more to get the same effect. My body stopped reacting to it. I call this down regulation. When you give yourself an outside stimulant, your body will “turn down” your sensitivity as a way of protecting itself.

It’s the same with anything you take to help you get an erection. Short-term results are usually good. But you lose the effect over time.

When guys come to my clinic, they don’t run into the same problem. They get lasting relief. No stops and starts. No letdowns. No disappointments. No frustration.

You should see the relief on my patients’ faces. They look reborn.

Here’s what I do: I give them two, specially designed formulas. They take the first one for a month. Then they take the second one for a month. That’s it. Easy.

You alternate between these two formulas for as long as you like. You never lose the boost in potency. When you change up the formula, your body never triggers the down regulation switch. The benefit never wears off. Problem solved.

When I reveal this breakthrough to my patients, they act like they just won the lottery. But it’s an idea that’s clinically sound. It works with your body to help you naturally.

It may feel like winning a million bucks … but it’s much easier. With my new two-part formula, you get a reliable boost without losing the effect over time.

I recommend you try it for yourself. There’s no better way than to have the experience first-hand.

Of course, you’re fully protected by my no-hassle guarantee. If it doesn’t work for you, it won’t cost you a dime.

But you should hurry. I have a new batch, but my patients are taking it fast, especially now that the holidays are here. After I run out, I’ll have to go back and do another run. But I’m not sure how long that will take.

You should get yours today.

To Your Good Health,

What you do need is potency.

Potency is more than just getting it up when you’re in the mood. Potency is a combination of strength, desire, muscle mass and readiness for sex. It’s a feeling of extraordinary potential… like having your foot on the accelerator of a turbo-charged exotic.

Potency is power on demand.

In medical terms, potency is all about blood flow. That means getting oxygen-rich blood to every part of your body at a moment’s notice. It’s easy for young people because their veins and arteries easily expand to handle the extra flow.

As you get older, your veins and arteries get narrow and stiff. But you can restore youthful blood flow and rock hard performance at any age.

Use the Power of Performance Enhancers Without Taking Drugs

The secret to big blood flow is nitric oxide (NO2) It’s the chemical from the lining of your blood vessels that makes them expand.

Most people think of blood vessels as rigid tubes. Kind of like the pipes in your house. But blood vessels are like balloons. They can expand and contract rapidly. When they’re open full throttle they can move tremendous amounts of blood. But when they’re too narrow you’re in big trouble.

Here’s the real problem: As you get older, your supply of NO2 drops off. Your body just doesn’t make as much as it used to. That makes it much harder for your arteries to expand. And if your blood vessels can’t expand, blood can’t get into your penis. That means no erection… no sex… end of story.

This is similar to how performance enhancers work. Performance enhancers bind to the enzymes that destroy NO2. By knocking out the stuff that gets rid of NO2, your body has the chance to accumulate more of it. As soon as that happens – usually 30 to 40 minutes after taking the pill – you’re in business.

As far as drugs go, performance enhancers aren’t bad. But their effects diminish over time. The studies I’ve seen show that over 50% of men stop using performance enhancers after three years because they stopped working.

There is good news though… By giving your body a particular nutrient, you can get your body to create more NO2. As much as you can handle. This breakthrough is not a substitute for performance enhancers, but works in a similar way. And it’s not a drug.

As you’ll see, getting more NO2 does a lot more than give you big, hard erections… All that extra blood flow brings back the thing that really matters: Potency.

Potency grows your muscles, makes your heart a tireless warrior and brings the desire back to your bedroom life.

In just a minute, I’ll tell you what this ingredient is and how it works. It’s perfectly safe and is a natural way to get the benefits of performance enhancers without taking drugs.

First, I want to show how this missing ingredient affects more than just your sex life… When your levels drop, you start to fall apart – from head to toe.

Does Your Whole Body Have ED?

Potency is about blood flow. When you don’t have it, major systems in your body start to shut down. The “big three” are:

Muscle strength

Sexual performance

Heart health

Breakdown in these critical areas gives you a kind of whole body ED. That’s what happens when you’re missing the nutrient that makes your muscles bulge. It’s the same one that gives you big, bulging erections.

But there’s an easy way to take care of the problem…

All your blood vessels need NO2 to help them expand. Every vein, artery and capillary – a network that spans thousands of miles – is dependent on NO2 for survival. Without NO2, life would not be possible.

Your heart is a good example. Without NO2 your heart has to work overtime to move blood through your body. Over time, even the major arteries that lead into and out of the four chambers of your heart will start to harden. Of course, this dramatically increases your chance of heart attack.

And that’s just for starters… When your blood vessels are stiff, your major organs don’t get the oxygen they need. And that wipes out your energy supply. Your muscles suffer too. Without blood and oxygen your muscles shrink and start to atrophy.

Your sex life is next on the list. When your blood supply is weak and slow there’s no way to get a good, solid erection. You’ve probably seen articles in the news showing the connection between ED and heart disease. That’s why.

The “Little Blue Pill” Started Off as a Heart Drug…

The first performance enhancer was originally tested as a heart drug. Researchers were looking for a way to improve blood flow by tinkering with NO2. And they were successful, but not in the way they intended.

Instead of helping heart patients, test subjects got a “big surprise.” Unfortunately, there is also research that some performance enhancers increase clotting activity.1 Elevated clotting agents increase heart attack risk. If you’re at risk, performance enhancers aren’t the safest choice.

Nitrates aren’t any better. Doctors prescribe nitrate drugs for people with chest pain. They open vessels to allow blood to reach the heart easier. But they also damage the lining of your blood vessels.

Ironically, the drugs designed to improve blood flow may also damage it. And this zaps your strength and potency even more.

It’s not just a bedroom issue… A lack of potency gives you the feeling that your whole body has gone limp. You lose your sense of power, your ability to do everyday activities – even getting out of bed can become a chore.

As a man, this is a crushing experience. Losing everything that makes you feel like a man leaves you little to look forward to. But getting older doesn’t have to be this dark or unsettling.

You can trigger the production of NO2… You can get bigger blood flow, regardless of your current age or level of conditioning.

Use Nature’s Performance Enhancers for Bigger, Better Blood Flow – Everyday!

The first step to more NO2 (and huge blood flow) is a simple amino acid called l-arginine. This building block is a precursor to nitric oxide. That means your body uses it to create NO2.

Body builders have been using l-arginine for years. Taken before a workout, it gives them a “muscle pump” by dilating blood vessels and getting more blood and oxygen to their muscles.

L-arginine is an easy way to build new muscle, boost strength and speed recovery after you workout. But you don’t have to go to the gym to get the benefits. This stuff works even when you’re sitting on the couch watching TV.

Getting your body to make more NO2 ramps up your potency level. It’s like a wave of “can do” energy that wakes you up across the board.

You don’t just feel it in your muscles… you feel it between your legs too. When you get turned on, the rush of blood to your penis gives you fast, spontaneous erections. You’ll be ready to go at a moment’s notice.

Your circulation will improve too… You’ll notice a big difference – especially if you have trouble breathing. Many of my patients tell me they can take bigger, deeper breaths after taking l-arginine.

They tell me it feels like a power boost that affects their whole body. All at once they feel stronger, more alert and more alive.

There’s a strong mental component to this experience too. All that extra blood and oxygen to your brain gives you the feeling of clarity and mental calm.

I’ve been using l-arginine for years. It’s one of the most reliable, fast-acting tools for giving your manhood a boost fast. It’s hard to underestimate the benefits (and pleasure) of getting more NO2 to your cells.

For any man – including you – NO2 is the most critical, most valuable substance on earth. It’s so essential, the guys who discovered the functions of nitric oxide were jointly awarded the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine.

They revealed NO2’s ability to send signals to your cells. Think of NO2 as a kind of “sex messenger,” telling your blood vessels to expand. They also provided indisputable evidence that l-arginine is your body’s chief source for creating nitric oxide.

The Best Way to Supplement with Arginine

As a standard supplement to maintain healthy muscles, to help prevent heart disease, and to stave off ED, you can take arginine in a capsule form. Take a 500 mg cap each day for prevention.

For therapeutic use, that is, to fix a current problem, you’ll get the most from your arginine supplement if you take it in powder form. To build lost muscle, to improve sexual performance, to help reduce recurring chest pains, take up to 5 grams each day. For doses this high taken over any length of time, you really have to use a powder.

Because arginine is an amino acid, proteins compete with its absorption. For this reason, you shouldn’t take it with meals. Instead, take it between meals on a relatively empty stomach. Simply take a teaspoon of powder mix it with water and swig it down the hatch.

By adding arginine to your supplement regimen a weakening heart, problems in the bedroom, and smaller muscles don’t have to be an accepted part of aging. You can beat these problems and stay healthy, vigorous and strong.

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

Remember being in high school and seeing that pretty girl… ANY pretty girl?

No matter how hard you tried to maintain control you’d “jump to attention” – often at the worst possible moment. Back then even brushing up against your desk could get it hard. And it happened almost immediately.

Now that you’re older, it takes longer. It takes effort. Sometimes it just flies at half-mast.

I have a surefire solution to get it back. You won’t hear this anywhere else.

Let me be clear: When doctors offer a pill as a solution, they have the right idea. But they make a big mistake. A mistake that goes unnoticed by all of mainstream medicine. Even the “alternative” doctors aren’t aware of this.

They don’t realize your body has a built-in defense mechanism that will sabotage every effort you make to get back those high school days.

If you give your body outside help, you’ll get decent short-term results. But the effects will start to wear off. And after a few months, you’re right back where you started.

Think of it as the “coffee effect.” The first time you had coffee it probably knocked your socks off. For me I was in college. I remember thinking, “Wow, this stuff is great!” I started drinking it every morning, and whenever I needed that extra boost when I was studying.

My one-two punch sends a rush of blood to your sex organ… and it never lets up!

When I reveal this breakthrough to my patients, they act as if they just won the lottery.

It may feel like winning a million bucks… but it’s much easier. With my new two-part formula, hitting the jackpot is easy.

I recommend you try it for yourself. There’s no better way than to have the experience first hand.

Of course, you’re fully protected by my no-hassle guarantee. If it doesn’t work for you, it won’t cost you a dime.

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pay off as obvious as this one.

And I’ve been watching companies buy FDA approval for decades. In fact, a huge portion of the FDA’s budget comes directly from Big Pharma and other industries in the form of “user fees.”

Look at the chart below. It shows the annual budget for the University of Michigan’s “Risk Science Center” versus a recent one-time donation.

That single $5 million donation is enough to fund the center every day for the next 50 years.

The donation came from Charles Gelman, the retired head of Gelman Sciences, a medical device manufacturing company.

Why would a retired company founder donate so much money to a rather insignificant research center? The answer lies at the center of one of the most lucrative products of the $177.2 billion chemical industry.

As we speak, an FDA panel is preparing to make a ruling on Bisphenol-A, a primary ingredient in plastics.

And the chairman of the FDA panel also happens to be the chairman of the “Risk Science Center”. It doesn’t take a genius to see that Gelman’s donation likely isn’t for purely altruistic reasons.

The truth is BPA can cause serious health problems. The Canadian government recently labeled it toxic for its potential to cause reproductive, developmental and neurological problems (particularly in infants and children).

It’s been linked to a wide range of problems including: 1,2

Cardiovascular disease

Type 2 Diabetes

Cancers

Obesity

Advanced Puberty

And, it was found in 93% of people in a recent study.3

The easiest way to prevent it from invading your body is by staying away from plastics. That includes plastic bottles and even canned foods (because can linings are frequently coated with plastic. Here are steps you can take:

To buy products that are made without Bisphenol-A, look for the “BPA free” label.

Use plastics that have the recycling numbers 1, 2, or 5 (look for it on the bottom of the bottle). Avoid the recycling numbers 3 (polycarbonate) or 7 (PVC).

Use glass – instead of plastic – baby bottles.

Wait until food cools before placing it in plastic containers.

Filter your tap water to prevent PVC from pipes from leaking into the water you and others consume.

Avoid soft plastic toys that small children may put in their mouths.

Avoid vinyl shower curtains.

Purchase deodorants and soaps that are fragrance free.

One more important thing you should know – BPA mimics estrogen in your body. And it can throw your delicate hormone balance out of whack, causing serious problems.

If you feel tired, have a fading sexual appetite or can’t seem to lose weight, you may have too much estrogen in your body.

You can take a combination of supplements that flush out excess estrogen in the body.

I’ve developed a special supplement to help flush this excess estrogen out.

To Your Good Health,

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

I’ve just seen the research on one more thing you should know. Now, research shows that CoQ10 can improve a man’s sperm quality and sex drive.

Researchers in Italy divided infertile men into two groups. The ones who took just 200 mg a day of CoQ10 experienced significant improvement in sperm cell motility, the quality of the sperm cell.1

And it doubled the pregnancy rate over the men not taking CoQ10.

A number of studies have shown that, for the past 40 years, the quality and quantity of men’s sperm has decreased significantly.2 As your sperm count drops, so does your potency.

A major cause is the environment we live in. Chemicals in everything from the pesticides used in your food to the plastic in your water bottles and food containers find their way into your bloodstream. These chemicals, known as xeno-estrogens, act like estrogen in your body.

The result is a hormonal imbalance that leaves your body with less testosterone and more estrogen.

Bottom line: You may not be as potent as you should be.

What should you do?

So far, we’ve seen the amazing things CoQ10 can do for certain types of cancer and congestive heart failure. I recommend you take 50 mg daily of CoQ10 of the ubiquinol form. It’s 8 times stronger than regular CoQ10, which means that 50 mg of ubiquinol CoQ10 is equal to 400 mg of regular CoQ10. Plus, it stays in the bloodstream longer than regular CoQ10.

Once you’ve got that down, try these other potency boosters:

Zinc – If you’re a man, and you like to have sex, you need zinc. This important mineral is involved in testosterone metabolism. It also plays a role in sperm formation. A study published in the journal Archives of Andrology found that men who took 60 mg of zinc more than doubled their sperm count. What’s more, testosterone levels also increased.3 You can find zinc at your health food store. Take 60 mg a day.

DIM – Diindolylmethane (DIM) is found in vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower. It flushes excess estrogen out of your body, restoring your hormone levels back to normal. The more testosterone you have in relation to estrogen, the more potent – and virile—you’ll be. I recommend getting 100 mg of DIM a day.

Folate – In a study published in Human Reproduction, men with low levels of folate had a higher percentage of defective sperm, even though they were otherwise completely healthy.4 I usually get my male patients on 800 mcg per day, but you can go as high as 1,200 mcg to enhance the health and integrity of your sperm cell reserves.

Vitamin C – You’ll see this on a lot of lists. It’s also a powerful antioxidant critical for maintaining healthy sperm. It protects the sperm cell from DNA damage. In one study, men saw a huge increase in their sperm count over the course of just 7 days. Those that took 200 mg of vitamin C a day had a 112% increase in sperm count. And those who took 1,000 mg a day boosted their sperm count by 140%!5 I suggest you take at least 2,000 mg per day.

To Your Good Health,

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

A new report proves that Tribulus terrestris can get your engines revved up… better than any other product designed to heighten male perfomance.1

German researchers working on a natural enhancement supplement gave it to 50 lucky men. They found it stoked the fires of their desire far better than the pharmaceutical products you’ve heard so much about.

The men also said that once they took this safe botanical they had “better sex afterwards, more fun in bed and just generally felt better about themselves.”

Tribulus boosts performance and heightens desire. In fact it ratchets up your manliness across the board—something those prescription performance drugs can’t do.

That’s because Tribulus raises your levels of “vitamin T”—testosterone.

All these types of drugs do is get the blood flowing to where it’s needed… but not much more. For men whose problem isn’t circulation, these drugs don’t stand up. Prescription performance drugs lose their punch over time.

Keeping your testosterone levels high, on the other hand, leads to lasting sexual pleasure. Testosterone lies behind male excitement, virility, and potency. If you don’t have enough, today’s drugs will do nothing to solve the problem.

Decades of clinical research have shown that Tribulus restores your testosterone levels. In a study on chimps published just last year, it ramped up “vitamin T” by over 50%.2

It does the same thing for men. One group of researchers found it elevated levels of testosterone in a group of healthy men by 30% after only five days.3

You can also kick up your “vitamin T” with these simple, proven techniques:

Creatine and Taurine. Red meat is rich in creatine, taurine, and CoQ10—natural muscle builders—and testosterone boosters. Grass-fed beef is the best source of these nutrients.

DIM. Diindolylmethane (DIM) helps the body break down estrogen, the female hormone. Cruciferous veggies like broccoli, cabbage, asparagus and cauliflower are rich in DIM. Lowering estrogen improves your testosterone/estrogen ratio. And when you improve this ratio, you’ll get the feeling of a testosterone boost.

My PACE® program. A watershed 2007 report looked at vitamin T levels in almost 1,700 men.4 The biggest factor in testosterone loss? Weight gain. Packing on more fat has the same effect as getting ten years older. So focus on building muscle and shedding the pounds. My patented PACE® program does both in minutes a day.

To Your Good Health,

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

Did you know one out of three men who try the Viagra-type drugs have zero reaction or benefit?1

And here’s the worst part – most of these male potency drugs lose their punch over time. More than half the men who have a good initial reaction stop using the “cures” within a year or two because they stop working.

It isn’t because they’re ineffective – it’s because your body has a natural adaptive response mechanism that actually works against them.

Just like bacteria resist antibiotics and insects resist pesticides – your body resists being subjected to the same drugs again and again.

That’s why I’ve developed a solution you won’t find anywhere else…

You already know variation is good for your exercise program. Alternating high and low intensity exercise is better for your heart and gets you fit faster. It turns out the same idea of “cycling” works for ED (erectile dysfunction), too.

My new and powerful solution is a revolutionary two-part formula that works naturally with your body to reduce or prevent the adaptive response.

Part 1 is an easy to swallow tablet. It’s filled with tribulus terrestris – for boosting libido and testosterone levels – and muira puama. Yes, the powerful aphrodisiac.

Part 2 is a delicious fruit-flavored powder packed with potent nutrients like L-arginine and L-carnitine. And here’s where the “cycling” comes in… Part 2 has completely different ingredients from Part 1.

Instead of developing a resistance, your body flows with the natural cycling rhythm of this breakthrough solution.

Now I have to tell you, it’s going to be a few weeks before I’m ready to release this powerful new solution. We could release it sooner, but you know me – I’m a stickler for quality. Please bear with me while I double and triple check it.

But good health and performance always starts with your food.

Follow a high-protein diet. It will help you in the bedroom and keep your heart healthy too. Focus on the “big five:” meat, wild fish, eggs, dairy and nuts. Then you can add the nutritional supplement L-arginine – nature’s hydraulic pump.

L-arginine improves cholesterol levels, relieves heart-related chest pains (angina), controls blood pressure and can help you get an erection. One study showed an 80% improvement in erectile function for men who took 2.8 grams of L-arginine for two weeks.2

If you haven’t seen it yet, you can get lots more tips in 12 Secrets to Virility. You’ll find sure-fire ways to maintain your power and prowess. They’re so easy to follow; you can put them to work right away.

And as soon as my Natural T is available, you’ll be the first to hear about it.

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

I’m sure you’ve seen the ads on TV touting male performance drugs – the one with the guy carrying his wife upstairs to the bedroom, or the one where the guy is driving a Hummer to compensate in other areas. It’s a billion-dollar business because it targets a man’s feeling of inadequacy.

And if you notice, all of the ads imply that the man’s wife is in a complete state of bliss when his potency issues are resolved.

But sometimes everything is not so “rosy” with the woman. She may not have the physical signs of impotence that men have, but she can have her own set of sexual problems. For women, the problem usually lies with either desire or arousal.

The good news is there’s something that works in women for both of these common problems, without any of the dangerous side effects associated with these ED drugs.

The key is improving blood flow.

And the secret to improving blood flow lies in a chemical called nitric oxide (NO).

When you become aroused, your body boosts its levels of NO. It relaxes the delicate lining of your blood vessels, allowing blood to flow where it’s needed.

NO gives you the “rush” that comes during the early stages of arousal.

Drugs like Viagra® ramp up the body’s production of NO to make this happen.

But there is a safe and natural alternative that works just as well. It’s L-arginine. This substance teams up with NO, coming to the aid of your heart as well as your erogenous zones. In fact, it improves circulation throughout the body.1

In my own medical practice, I’ve found that L-arginine has the power to banish the “bedroom blues” safely and effectively. It’s simply the best way to open up those blood vessels and get things going.2

And researchers have come to the same conclusion. A recent study published in the prestigious International Journal of Cardiology proved that L-arginine opens up your blood vessels reliably.
Scientists split up patients whose blood vessel linings don’t work well—a condition called “endothelial dysfunction”—into two groups. One group took L-arginine, while the other took a placebo. They found that the L-arginine group showed improvement in the health of the endothelium. The placebo group had no significant change.

I like to start out with 5 grams per day of L-arginine for two weeks to get my patients’ “engines” revved up, then 2.5 grams after that. (By the way, you should never take more than 10 grams per day.) For best results, it’s a good idea to combine L-arginine with a healthy dose of vitamin B12. Twenty-five mcg is a good amount.

L-arginine happens to be one of the key ingredients in my new pleasure enhancer for women, Sensuality. To get yours, click HERE.

Dear Member,

You may not be as virile as you think…

There may still be something that you aren’t even aware of wrong with your reproductive system. A recent study revealed that if you don’t get enough of a certain nutrient, you risk sterility—or worse.

Truth is, if you’re like most men, you’re probably not getting enough folate.

This is a member of the B complex of vitamins. Leafy greens like spinach and kale are especially rich in folate, along with dried beans, peas, and turnips. We’ve known for decades that it plays a critical role in female reproductive health, improving fertility and insuring the health of the developing fetus.

Turns out it’s just as important for male fertility.

In a study published in Human Reproduction, researchers found that men with low levels of folate also had a higher percentage of defective sperm, even though they were otherwise completely healthy.1

Meanwhile men who got between 700 and 1,200 mcgs of folate per day had 20-30 percent fewer damaged sperm.

This is especially dangerous for would-be fathers. The hazards go beyond the inability to conceive. Without enough folate, you could be at greater risk of having a child with Down’s syndrome and other serious birth defects—even miscarriage.

This underscores a point I stress to my male patients (and couples) all the time: often a simple change in diet and nutrition is all you need to restore optimum sexual health and function—and fertility.

I’ve actually been able to help many couples over the years who’ve been having difficulty getting pregnant—without prescription drugs, invasive surgery, or other risky procedures.

The study also highlighted the importance of several other nutrients in maintaining manhood: zinc and the antioxidants C, E, and beta-carotene.

I run tests for nutrient blood levels with new patients. Ask your doctor to do the same. If you’re running low on folate (or “folic acid”), you can boost it by getting more greens in your diet (organic if possible) or through supplements.

I usually get my male patients on 800 mcg per day, but as the study indicates, you can go as high as 1,200 mcg to enhance the health and integrity of your sperm cell reserves.

Zinc is one of the most important “rocks” men need to stay virile, insure optimum prostate health, and remain sexually active well into your advanced years. Because it’s found in highest concentrations in your prostate, you could say it’s the must-have “”man” mineral.

Take 30 mgs per day.

As for the antioxidants the study highlighted, you’ll want to take all of them—and more. You can find all of them in health food stores or on line (amounts are daily):

Vitamin A – 2,500 IU

Vitamin C – As much as two 5,000 mg per day in divided dose.

Vitamin E – 400 IU

Beta carotene – 20 mg

CoQ10 – 30 mg

Lutein – 20 mg

Lycopeine – 20 mg

One other important point: don’t expect your average “one-a-day” multivitamin to deliver enough of these nutrients. Many if not most of them don’t even contain these nutrients.

Dear Reader,

Here’s something I’d bet you didn’t know…

Commercial produce laced with pesticides may make it harder for men to attract women.

A team of reproductive biologists at the University of Austin ran a study on sexual behavior using rats exposed to a fungicide commonly used by grape growers. One group continued to receive a normal diet without toxins. They injected the other group with the pesticide, separated the females from the males with a wire mesh barrier, and then observed them to see if they continued to mate normally.

What they found was surprising and very interesting to me: the female rats wound up being less sexually interested in males who’d been exposed—and their descendants. But their response to the healthy males remained unchanged.

The strange thing is that poisoned males and their offspring showed no difference in sexual appetite. And there wasn’t any visible damage to the reproductive systems of either group. The female rats could tell something was wrong with the exposed males, even though they couldn’t see it.

This led the researchers to the conclusion that there was something more lasting and dangerous going on. They speculated that the pesticide may have turned off or damaged the gene that helps males win females over. They speculated that the same problem may be showing up in humans.

This is just the latest in a series of studies that show just how damaging toxins in the environment can be to your sex life. We already know that there are hundreds—possibly thousands—of these “sex offender” chemicals in everything from household products to electronics, clothing, furniture, plastic bags, and even the water supply.

Your body absorbs them through the skin, so there isn’t much you can do to stop them once you’ve been exposed. They can disrupt your hormonal balance, trigger the early onset of puberty in young people, make men more feminine, increase the risk of reproductive cancers in both men and women, and even make men sterile.

What makes this study unique is we’re now learning that the extent of the damage goes further than we thought. It isn’t just a question of reproductive health. It suggests that these “enviro-toxins” can permanently alter your physiology at the genetic level. That makes the problem even harder to treat—and puts your descendants in jeopardy, since they’ll inherit your damaged genetic material.

It also means there’s a lot more at stake than sexual activity and pleasure. If people become less interested in sex, the future of entire nations may be in jeopardy, since a lot of men and women won’t find attractive partners or have children.

This may be one of the reasons why birth rates in industrialized nations have fallen dramatically over the past several decades. Women in countries where these toxins are prevalent may simply be losing interest in a large segment of the population of available men.

To take just one example, birth rates across Europe are falling fast. In Italy, demographers worry that the population could drop by a third by 2050. In Poland, the population’s decreased by half a million people over the past six years. Many of these countries are actually passing legislation to pay women to have children. Dwindling populations mean fewer working-age people to fuel the economy and take care of the elderly from prior generations.

Fortunately you can take steps to protect yourself.

Here are a few surefire ways to reduce or eliminate your exposure to these “gender-bending” chemicals:

• Try to limit your diet to minimally processed foods—especially meats, which tend to accumulate a lot of pesticides and other dangerous toxins. Free-range organic chickens and grass-fed beef are free of most toxins. Wild-caught fish are safe, although some larger fish contain pesticides and heavy metals like mercury. Avoid all “farm-raised” fish, as these are heavily exposed to pesticides. Deep-sea fish like cod, halibut, mackerel, and sardines are your best bet. For a great source of meat products derived from animals raised the way Nature intended, click HERE.

• If you don’t have access to organic meats, trim the fat off anything you bring home from your local grocery store. Many of the worst chemicals are stored in the fat of the animal.

• Same goes for fruits and vegetables. If there aren’t any organic options near you, wash all produce thoroughly and consider removing the peels from certain fruits, like apples, since a lot of the toxins are stored here.

• Buy household products made from natural ingredients and free from synthetic industrial compounds. These are widely available in stores and on line.

• Get a high-quality water filter. Pesticides find their way into many municipal water systems.

Incidentally, if you’re still skeptical, reconsider this: one group of government experts estimated that the average American is carrying around 700 chemicals in their bodies. And the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention screened 2,500 Americans for 148 different chemicals known to cause cancer, disrupt hormonal balance, and inflict lasting nerve damage. They found amounts of all of them in the bloodstreams of everyone tested.

Bottom line: stick to foods and products derived from Nature.

Dear Reader,

If your relationship is suffering due to low sex drive it might be your hormones that are to blame.

One of the first things I do with a new patient is check their hormone levels. They so often help explain why they feel the way they feel. And of course it’s different for a man than a woman.

A man needs higher levels of testosterone than a woman. And a woman needs estrogen (but not too much) and a man doesn’t. Here’s some examples of what can happen with an imbalance…

If you’re a man and you have too much estrogen and not enough testosterone it can cause you to have a flabby chest, lack of energy, constant fatigue, and a low sex drive.

If you are a woman and have too much estrogen and low progesterone and low testosterone you may have extra difficulty shedding those extra pounds, not to mention a low sex drive, hot flashes, night sweats and trouble sleeping.

The good news is there are ways to balance out your hormones naturally.

Here are some things I recommend to my patients.

• Reduce your intake of environmental estrogens. Make sure to cut out refined sugars, starchy carbohydrates like bread, pasta and potatoes. Eat grass-fed and hormone free meat. Drink only purified water. And always reheat food in glass containers. Heating plastic containers in the microwave causes estrogen mimicking chemicals to leech from the plastic into your food.

• Take diindolylmethane (DIM). It’s a compound found in cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, and broccoli. It bonds with excess estrogens and gets them out of your body. I recommend women take 200mg once a day and men 400 mg.

• Take chaste berry (for women). It’s a natural hormone balancer. It helps regulate pituitary hormones which, in turn, balance your estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Women should take one 300mg tablet per day.

• Take tribulus terrestris: Although very effective to boost testosterone in men, this herb appears to also gently increase testosterone in women with a confirmed deficiency. I recommend men take 250 mg a day & women 100 mg a day.

• Take Zinc: It is known to boost your testosterone levels. In one study, athletes who supplemented with zinc did not experience the testosterone depletion that athletes who didn’t take zinc experienced. I recommend both men and women take 100 mg per day.

Testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone are just some of the hormones that have an impact on your libido or relationship with your partner. There are others. There are hormones that actually alter your mood, such as dopamine and serotonin, also known as neurotransmitters. They act as chemical messengers that transmit nerve signals between nerve cells in the brain. They create “brain chemistry”. They make you feel a range of emotions…happy, sad, relaxed, excited, etc. And, how men and women use them is very different.

I recently met a very interesting expert at a conference who has very good insight about this very topic. His name is John Gray. You’ve probably heard about or read his very, successful book, Men are from Mars Women are from Venus.

He has put together a new program with which he shares natural solutions for optimizing brain chemistry for men and women. He gives some helpful tools and explains the nutrients that you need to balance health, happiness and lasting relationships.

Dear Reader,

I’d bet you know a couple who’s had trouble getting pregnant but most don’t know this: It’s usually the man with the trouble.

More and more couples who’ve come to my Wellness Center over the past ten years have complained of this problem. Often the man’s sperm count is low. They don’t know why it’s happening, or what to do about it. Their doctors say there’s not much they can do.

Meanwhile, the men feel embarrassed, helpless, depressed, and “unmanly.” Their wives are at a loss, too. It’s heartbreaking.

Having a child is one of the most miraculous and joyful events in anyone’s life . . . and more and more it’s being taken away, mysteriously. In fact, more than 15 percent of couples in the US are unable to have a child.

This is a big issue because there’s more than just male fertility at stake. Today I’ll explain what’s going on and what you can do to beat it.

First, you should know that it’s not just American men suffering from infertility. This is happening across the Western world. A review of data from 61 studies published in BioEssays found that the dramatic decline of average sperm density in the United States and Western Europe might be even greater than we thought. Since then, things have only gotten worse.

The biggest culprit behind these devastating events is a class of chemicals known as “estrogen mimics” or “xeno-estrogens.” I’ve written about these before. They’re everywhere – in pesticides, clothing, plastics, cosmetics, detergents, hair sprays, even our food and water supplies. They bind to your body’s estrogen receptors and stimulate hormonal responses that are feminizing for men, and dangerous for women, who put on weight and become more susceptible to certain kinds of cancer..

These chemicals can also affect the unborn, distorting the fragile development of their reproductive systems.

Here’s action you can take right away.

First, have your estrogen levels checked. For most men, the optimum levels are four parts testosterone to one part estrogen. Optimally, your total estrogen level should also be below 100. For women, consult with your gynecologist, as estrogen levels change over your lifetime.

Here are some things you can do to limit your exposure to these harmful chemicals and reclaim the things that make you a man – or a woman.

• Eliminate pesticides from your water: I recommend drinking only purified water.

• Wash your vegetables and fruits before you eat them.

• Cut off any visible fat from meat before cooking, since chemicals and hormones from the feed collect in the fat.

• Avoid processed meats, because they have fat ground in.

• Avoid processed carbohydrates like bread, cereals, and pasta. They make your body release excess insulin, which builds fat and stimulates feminizing estrogen.

• Eat vegetables high in fiber to keep yourself regular. When stool remains in your bowel for a longer time, more estrogen is absorbed.

• Eat more cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels’s sprouts, and cabbage. They help you excrete excess estrogen.

• Eat hormone-free food and free range animals whenever possible.

• Incorporate more estrogen-inhibiting foods into your diet. Some of the best and tastiest sources are squash, onions, green beans, cabbage, berries, citrus, pineapples, pears, grapes, figs, melons, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

I’ve also completed a formula to restore proper hormonal balance in both men and women. It’s called EstroCleanse. It will clear your body of xeno-estrogens and support healthy hormone function and balance using safe, natural substances. These include:

• DIM: (diindolylmethane) a compound in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower that lowers estrogen levels naturally.

• I3C: Short for “indole-3-carbinol,” this natural substance protects cells from cancer and mutations. It also “tones down” your estrogen receptors.

It’s not available for general sale yet, but as a Doctor’s Call reader you can get your early and risk-free trial – HERE.

Dear Reader:

I know you know refined sugar is bad… right? Tooth decay diabetes heart disease and all. But did you know it can zap your love life?

I just read a study in the Journal of Clinical Investigation showing that high levels of glucose and fructose can deactivate the gene that controls the amount of sex hormones in your blood.1

This study revealed that when glucose and fructose are metabolized by the liver it deactivates the SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) gene. Why is SHBG so important? It regulates the amounts of testosterone and estrogen floating around in your bloodstream.

Without SHBG to regulate those hormones, your sex hormones go out of whack…which in men can lead to impotence and low libido. For women the effects are worse—in addition to diabetes (which can also significantly decrease a woman’s libido), low SHBG levels can cause infertility, polycystic ovaries, acne and uterine cancer.1 2

If you’re going to take control of your sexual health, one of the first things you can do is avoid sugar. And the easiest way to immediately cut your sugar intake is to ditch the soft drinks, juices and anything with fructose. You’ll see fructose labeled as HFCS or “high fructose corn syrup”.

My recommendation? Drink water instead. I try to drink only purified water, because anything else will probably contain chemicals that will also put your sexual health at risk.

If you’re tempted to use artificial sweeteners…don’t. Stay away from any and all products containing chemical artificial sweeteners as they can also create health problems. Instead, use Stevia, an all-natural sweetener that’s been used for hundreds of years with no side effects. You can use it to sweeten tea, lemonade and even food–it’s about eight times sweeter than sugar, so a little goes a long way.

To satisfy a sweet tooth, eat naturally sweet fruit instead of candies or pastries. Cherries are great since they have a low glycemic index. And don’t buy or keep sugary foods in your house. If they’re not in your house, you won’t be tempted to eat them.

Dear Reader,

A lot of people don’t know this – even doctors I know – but many of the ways men get sexual satisfaction are the same for women. In fact, most of the things the body needs to get aroused are the same in both sexes.

Blood flow is a great example. I’m sure you’ve felt that rush of blood go through you when you get excited. It’s the reason for the bedroom “flush” some women experience. It’s also one of the keys to physical pleasure in men and in women.

If you’ve heard about this at all, chances are it’s in relation to erectile dysfunction. For obvious reasons, men need hearty blood flow to fly their flags at full mast. (This explains why men with heart disease or clogged arteries often suffer the “bedroom blues.”) Turns out efficient flow to the organs of pleasure is just as important for women. And the way women’s bodies accomplish this is no different.

The secret lies in your blood vessels. The lining of your blood vessels, called the endothelium, expands and contracts like a flexible hose, allowing for varying levels of blood flow. A chemical called like nitric oxide (NO) makes this happen.

The endothelium needs NO to relax and open up. The more it expands, the more blood makes it to the sweet spot – for your maximum sexual response.

There’s a chemical that acts like a postman, punctually delivering a package of NO just when you need it. It’s called L-arginine. This substance teams up with NO, coming to the aid of your heart as well as your pleasure zone. In fact, it improves circulation throughout the body, which in turn brings satisfaction.

In many people, it’s L-arginine deficiency that leads to love gone wrong. Without enough of it, that eagerly anticipated package of NO goes missing, blood flow remains flat in the most important of places . . . and a round of confused apologies and frustrated sighs is soon to follow. Instead of ringing twice, the postman doesn’t show up at all.

In my own practice, I’ve found that L-arginine has the power to banish boredom in the bedroom safely, effectively, inexpensively – and permanently. A long list of satisfied and grateful patients will attest to its effectiveness. It’s simply the best way to open up those blood vessels and get things going.

The science backs me up on this. A recent study published in the prestigious International Journal of Cardiology proved that L-arginine eliminates endothelial dysfunction.1

Scientists split up patients with endothelial dysfunction into two groups. One group took L-arginine, while the other took a placebo. They found that the L-arginine group showed improvement in the health of their endothelium. The placebo group had no significant change.1

I like to start out with a healthy load of L-arginine to get my patients’ engines revved up – usually 5 grams per day for two weeks, the 2.5 grams after that. (By the way, you should never take more than 10 grams per day.) For best results, it’s a good idea to combine L-arginine with a healthy dose of vitamin B12. Twenty-five mcg will do the trick.

L-arginine is also one of the key ingredients in Sensuality, my new pleasure enhancer for women. I spent years designing this optimum-formula supplement for maximum satisfaction. It’s got everything a woman needs to enjoy the same benefits the “performance industry’s” been supplying to men for years. CLICK HERE to try it for yourself!

You wouldn’t know it from all those ads for male performance enhancers. But the bottom line is, sexual satisfaction isn’t “for men only.”

Dear Subscriber,

If you wonder how drug therapy has been able to take over treatment for men’s performance, I have some insight today. You see, most doctors (myself included) use something called the MPR (Monthly Prescribing Reference). It’s guide in pocket-sized format that gives us the latest information about prescription drugs.

I keep it handy when I need to point out sided effects. I’m amazed when patients tell me, “But Dr. Sears, my doctor said this medication wouldn’t have side effects…” With the MPR, I’m armed to counter that assertion first hand.

But here’s the story… This December’s issue arrived with a special “supplement” for treating erectile dysfunction (ED). OK, sounds good. Problem is, it only gave one treatment -drugs. Only if you read the tiny print at the end do you know that drug companies paid for this supplement. It’s not really a doctor’s reference guide; it’s a cleverly disguised commercial.

Otherwise how could anyone conclude that low testosterone is a “co-morbidity” (co-existing diseases) of ED. Talk about putting the cart before the horse… Low testosterone is the problem. In many cases, ED is simply a side effect of low testosterone.

Of course, there are the exceptions when ED is unrelated to testosterone. But in our modern world, where the enemies of testosterone are everywhere, low testosterone is the key to ED, low libido, depression, fatigue or a lack of drive.

In my book, The T-Factor: King of Hormones, I list page after page of clinical evidence that sexual desire, sexual capacity and sexual dysfunction in men all depend on one simple thing. Natural testosterone.

When you boost testosterone, not only does your bedroom performance improve, you get a host of other benefits too. Benefits like increased energy and strength, improved mood and memory, increased muscle and bone density, and many others.

I’ve treated thousands of men this way. The majority have been successful. For many men the preferred way to restore testosterone has been with the herb Tribulus.

Tribulus terrestris has a 3,000-year-old history in Asia. It has a reputation for men who have weak muscles and sexual problems. Tribulus gently boosts testosterone levels, which explains both its aphrodisiac effect and its sports performance enhancing effect.

But that’s only one of many natural options. You can pump up your testosterone by eating more protein and following my PACE® program as well.
