Dr. Sears’ 2007 1 – A photo with proof of date (either by newspaper, camera date stamp, etc.), must be taken on any day after February 1, 2007 and sent into our offices. 2 - Along with the photo, body fat composition statistics, name, town and email address must be included with your submission. You can get your calipers to measure your body composition by clicking HERE. 3 – On the 15th of each month until the end of the challenge, a time dated photo and statistics must be submitted. 4 - On May 15th, 2007 a final time stamped photo must be submitted.
