Inside your body are tiny “countdown clocks” that determine how long you’ll live.

By slowing the countdown, you may be able to extend your lifespan, and you’ll feel younger longer.

Today, I’m going to show you how to tap the remarkable power of these tiny timekeepers so you can keep doing everything you want for longer than you ever thought possible.

This will be a major focus when we open my new Anti-Aging Center. It’s part of my resolution to you that in the next five years, we’re going to make 100 the new 50.

And it starts with increasing your Body Intelligence.

Improving your Body Intelligence is about:

    • enhancing your speed and power
    • keeping the stamina to go all day long
    • boosting your natural defenses against infections and aging.

A higher body IQ means you can have the same freedom and choices when you’re 100 years old that you have when you’re 50.

But it’s not just for people over 50...

It’s the most significant breakthrough in the history of anti-aging medicine.

In fact, it gives the word “anti-aging” an entirely new meaning: literally staying young.

For the first time in the history of technology, we have the ability to influence the genetic clock. The very reason we age has been exposed, and first steps have been taken toward altering it.

I’m going to show you something so powerful, people are doing something that no one else who has lived before could ever imagine.

And you can’t find it anywhere else.

The amazing power of this breakthrough lies in a genetic structure called the telomere. It’s the mechanism that controls the aging of human cells.

I call telomeres “countdown clocks” because they determine how long your cells can live. Each time a cell divides, your DNA copies itself. Telomeres are caps on the ends of your DNA strands that lay down the blueprint for the copies...

Surrounded by some of the world’s most recognized, cutting-edge researchers in the field, we shared how telomeres are the key to aging. And everyone who witnessed the event walked away with the ability to control their aging clock and add years of abundant health to their lives.

Telomeres are the “time keepers” attached to every strand of your DNA. They’re critical to youthful cell function. But each time your cells divide, your telomeres get shorter. When your telomeres run down, cell division stops and your life ends...

This genetically engineered fish will contain DNA from two other fish species and high levels of growth hormone. What happens when you eat a genetically modified animal with very high levels of growth hormone? No one knows. I have no idea what this is going to do to people’s health, or how anyone could know, because it’s never been done before. Between you and me, I get the feeling that Frankenstein’s monster has escaped from the laboratory and is running amuck in nature...

This had such an impact on me, I still remember it: I was sitting at my desk almost 20 years ago. I like to stay abreast of non-medical scientific literature. So I picked up my issue of Scientific American and something jumped off the page at me.

Elizabeth Blackburn had made a truly revolutionary discovery. I’ll never forget it.

When I read that she’d found a solution to aging already in our genes, I took out a piece of paper and wrote down something that I still have today. It says, “This will change the world as we know it.”

Now, finally, it seems other people think so, too. Elizabeth Blackburn won the 2009 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.

Why all the fuss? Let me explain why this discovery is so powerful…

In a special issue on aging, TIME featured the Nobel Prize winning breakthrough on telomere research.

In the article, Scientists Get Closer to Understanding Why We Age, they confirmed that telomeres “are the closest we may come to identifying a biological clock – and our best bet for learning how to stop or turn back that clock.”1

There’s new evidence that PACE-style movement slows down your aging clock, lengthening your life and making you more resistant to disease.

The professor that led the study said, “The act of exercising may actually protect the body against the aging process… and people may actually look and feel younger.”1

Research now shows that exercise has the power to turn back time. Exercise affects your telomeres, making them longer and stronger. The telomere is your biological clock. It determines how long you live. And how well you live...

It has the power to extend life – maybe indefinitely.

Most doctors have never heard of it.
