Dear Health Conscious Reader,

It might surprise you to learn that nearly 85 percent of coronary bypass surgeries are done unnecessarily. But at nearly $60,000 per surgery it’s certainly easy to see why. Since almost 70 percent of the U.S. population has some sort of heart disease—related treatments, surgeries, and drugs line the pockets of mainstream medicine and big pharma. It ultimately puts your health at risk and this infuriates me.

That’s why I wrote my book the Doctor’s Heart Cure and why I’m always on the look out for credible and actionable alternative heart information as well as allies in the fight. And my friend Dr. Michael Cutler is on the front lines. As a medical doctor in private practice, he’s seen the devastation of heart disease first hand.

Here’s a tip I bet you’ve never heard of… you can lower your triglyceride levels with white bean extract! This simple vegetable blocks sugars from being absorbed and digested. One study showed that it lowered triglycerides by an average of 26 mg/dL.

Plus, white bean extract has an added benefit. Those who took it lost on average four pounds. Dr. Cutler suggests you take 1,500 mg of white bean extract twice a day.

He recommends other breakthrough treatments you can use to strengthen your heart, including:

How a certain tree resin from India prevents the build-up of plaque in your arteries.

The “sugar cane cure” that helps lower high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

The ginger spice that blocks cholesterol absorption in your intestines.

And, how a tasty “lemonade cleanse” can lower your blood pressure.

Dr. Cutler’s medical briefing A Doctor’s Treasury of Hushed Up Natural Heart Cures and Deadly Deceptions of Popular Heart Treatments blows the lid off mainstream medicine’s popular assembly line heart treatments. In his urgent report, you’ll find little known ways you can avoid a heart attack, unclog your arteries (before you experience a heart or brain related disaster), reverse heart disease, and even restore a failing heart without surgery, doctors, or drugs.

Plus, get the tools you need to see if your heart’s at risk, such as:

The heart attack predictor—this test accurately predicts whether or not you’ll have a heart attack in the next five years. It measures the presence of a seemingly harmless mineral that sticks to the walls of your arteries. Score above 400 and I suggest you see your doctor immediately!

The simple and safe blood test that helps you diagnose heart failure.

Plus, why allergies can increase your risk of having hardening of the arteries and what exactly what you can do about it.

In Dr. Cutler’s special medical briefing, he’ll explain in detail the six deadly heart deceptions you must know about if you want to keep your heart pumping for years to come. Don’t listen to conventional medicine… there are alternatives to dangerous surgery and harmful medications. To find out more, I recommend you read Dr. Cutler’s free special report.

Dear Member,

A recent story in The New York Times revealed the “newly discovered” importance of C-reactive protein (CRP).

Apparently, a drug company-sponsored study showed that people who had high CRP levels had fewer heart attacks and strokes when taking statins (cholesterol-lowering drugs).

Suddenly, the whole medical community is buzzing about the importance of CRP.

Of course, I’ve been talking about the importance of CRP as an indicator of heart attacks and strokes for years now. But now that mainstream medicine can attach a drug to it, suddenly it is BIG news.

Unfortunately, the drug companies are only talking about CRP in order to start more people on statin drugs – even if they already have low cholesterol. That’s bad news… my readers know that statins have been shown to increase the risk of heart disease by robbing you of the heart critical nutrient CoQ10.

Your CRP level is important. CRP measures inflammation in your body. And as I point out in my Doctor’s Heart Cure Book, inflammation is the real cause of heart disease.

Inflammation comes from stress or damage to your blood vessels when they don’t get the nutrients they need. They can get cracked and weak, and the body responds by sending plaque to repair the damage. Continuous lack of nutrients can cause this plaque to build up – leading to heart attack or stroke.

You don’t need dangerous statin drugs to protect you from high CRP levels. If you want to lower the CRP levels in your blood – lower the inflammation in your body.

One of the best ways to lower CRP is to exercise. Studies clearly show that people who went from couch slouching to exercising lowered their CRP as much as 30%.1

To get the most benefit in the least amount of time, exercise efficiently. Those of you familiar with my PACE program know that traditional cardio exercises aren’t the most effective. To lower your CRP level in the shortest amount of time, try PACE. If you don’t have my PACE program, here’s a simple exercise you can do (of course check with your doctor if you haven’t been exercising for a while):

1.	Instead of a slow, steady pace on a bicycle or treadmill, try going 80% of your maximum for 2 minutes.

2.	Rest for 1 minute

3.	Go at 90% for another two minutes

4.	Rest for 1 minute

5.	Go at 100% for 1 minute

6.	Recover

That’s it! This exertion/rest cycle is much more effective than traditional cardio and will burn fat and build your heart and lung strength (and lower your inflammation) much faster..

My PACE Program walks you through, step-by-step, a revolutionary way to better heart health in 10 minutes a day. To learn more, click HERE.

Dear Member,

I just came across a study that reveals a vitamin deficiency that you need to know about…

The study, just published in the prestigious journal Neurology, used M.R.I. scans to measure brain volume and blood tests to record vitamin B12 levels.1 They divided the subjects into three groups, based on their level of the vitamin, and followed them for five years with annual scans and physical and mental examinations.

The group with the lowest levels of vitamin B12 lost twice as much brain volume as those with the highest levels. The difference was significant even after controlling for initial brain size, age, sex, education, cognitive test scores and various measures of blood chemistry.

This underscores a point I emphasized in my book, The Doctor’s Heart Cure.

Vitamin B12 is crucial to brain function and the overall health of your nervous system. It’s the engine behind your body’s ability to make blood. Every cell in your body uses it to convert fuel into energy. It’s also the key to DNA synthesis and regulation, and enables your body to produce life-giving fatty acids.*

If you don’t get sufficient amounts, you’re in for problems, including:

Anemia

Fatigue

Poor nerve function

Diarrhea

Memory loss

While the author of the study didn’t go so far as to recommend you run out and get your B12 supplements, I suggest you do. It’s done wonders in my medical practice.

Some folks come to me with serious health concerns. With a few simple adjustments in diet and supplements focusing on B12, I’m usually able to make their concerns disappear — forever.

Here’s another thing about B12: it powerfully lowers levels of homocysteine, one of the key indicators for heart health.*

That’s because at high enough levels, homocysteine provokes an inflammatory response across every system in your body — blood vessels included.

In the past, medicine has completely overlooked this key factor in heart health, focusing instead on cholesterol. That’s a real shame, because the fact is that homocysteine’s the real culprit. And its consequences are entirely preventable.

In fact, all folks really need to keep homocysteine levels in check is about 500 mcg of B12 per day.

Lean meats — particularly grass-fed beef — and organ meats are a great source of B12. Here’s a list of other good sources:

Milk, 1 cup

Bottom line: get your B12, not only to keep your brain in shape, but to keep homocysteine levels low and promote cardiovascular health.*

I have developed a dietary supplement that naturally lowers homocysteine levels through the use of B12 and B6.* Click HERE for your risk free trial.
