It’s Not Organic… But So What?

Have you heard what’s been happening? Organic advocates, groups and media outlets are up in arms because breakfast cereal producers like Kashi and Mother’s were caught switching from organic ingredients to “natural” ones.1

There are endless articles about how this or that cereal has almost no organic ingredients. There’s even a giant report from the Cornucopia Institute called Cereal Crimes.2 It describes how manufacturers are now deceiving you by lowering their organic content without telling you, but still charging high organic prices.

    They’re missing the point.

Your Power To Defend Against Cancer

It’s one of the most overlooked nutrients in the entire world.

If you don’t have enough of it, you leave yourself open to muscle weakness, seizures, heart failure… and cancer.

In fact, it’s the primary source of energy for the immune cells that get suppressed by cancer.

And it might shock you to find out that government health advisors don’t even consider it “essential.”

    I’m talking about CoQ10.

CoQ10 restores immune cells’ ability to fight back and attack cancer cells. In study after study, no matter what part of the immune system was tested, CoQ10 was found to be essential for the optimal function of your immune system.

    Converted Die-Hard Vegetarian

More and more die-hard vegetarians are becoming meat eaters. Why the change of heart? It’s simple: They’re plumb tired of being sick and tired.

“For 14 years I felt sick, nauseated, and bloated,” says Lierre Keith. She’s the author of The Vegetarian Myth, one of the most important books on this subject. “Anything I ate became a bowling ball lodged in my stomach.”

Her stomach was distended because her digestion was damaged from her vegetarian diet. To fix it, she had to return to eating meat…

    History Lesson for Vegetarians

Our ancient ancestors ate meat. They prized it above all else.

I find a sort of evidence for this myself when I travel to areas of the world where men and women are still living in nature, unaffected by the western world.

I’ll be traveling back to the Amazon jungles of Peru this summer to live among the native Ashanikas, and I’ll tell you all about it. Not only do they eat meat, but they’re doing much better than the natives who have switched to a western-style diet.

This has probably been our history for millions of years. Vegetarians like to think otherwise, but a recent discovery may prove them wrong…

    Dr. Sears’ #1 “Rule”

A revealing study found something very important. For some reason, I find that people have a hard time believing it. But because it is so valuable, let’s see if I can convince you…

People who eat low-carb, high-protein diets lose fat and gain muscle.1

In fact, in this study, the people who ate a high-protein diet shed seven pounds in six weeks. The group who followed a standard diet didn’t drop any weight. And, the high-protein group simultaneously gained twice as much muscle…

    Even the Vultures Are Dying…

The drugs in the commercial beef you buy at your local supermarket are getting so bad, even the vultures are dying.

I just read a report that millions of vultures died in South Asia after eating cattle carcasses tainted with two drugs used to treat livestock.1

As scavengers, vultures have an iron-clad digestive system. Look at their diet – the birds eat nothing but putrid meat day in and day out. Yet their numbers have decreased – almost to extinction in some cases – because of the deadly effect of drugs we inject into cattle.

Why I ‘Prescribe’ Meat to My Patients

Have you see any of these headlines?

    * “Too much red meat will kill you” (The National Business Review)
    * “Want to live longer? Cut back on red meat” (CNN)
    * “Meat-heavy diet linked to early death” (USA Today)

So why in the world would I “prescribe” eating red meat to my patients… when the mainstream media is screaming to the masses that it will kill you?
