This Can Affect More Than Just Your Heart…

This Can Affect More Than Just Your Heart…

Most of the heart patients I see for the first time already know high blood pressure can mean disaster for their heart health.

But here’s what they don’t know.

Having high blood pressure can also wreak havoc on your brain, kidneys, and eyes.

    Here’s the scary part…

High blood pressure can quietly damage these vital organs for years before you see any symptoms. If left unchecked, this silent killer can leave you with a disability. Or worse, it can lead to a heart attack or stroke…

    How to Use CoQ10…

You know that I don’t often tell you to take supplements when you can find it in food. But there is one supplement I recommend to all of my patients and take myself every day.

    It is Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10).

CoQ10 puts cancer into remission and is such a powerful heart cure, it reverses heart disease. It acts like a generator for every organ in your body. It increases energy so they function at their best.

CoQ10 is key to the protection of your body’s cells. It’s just like the key you use to lock your front door, keeping you safe and secure. Without enough CoQ10, your cells become weak and open to attack.

Now, CoQ10 is proven to fight what I believe is the root cause of all disease: inflammation…

Stop This Dangerous Form of Heart Disease

Congestive heart failure is a deadly form of heart disease.

It means your heart can’t pump enough blood for your body’s needs. This leads to fluid congestion that can cause your vital organs like your lungs, brain and kidneys to shut down.

When a ‘Tub of Lard’ is a Good Thing

Remember the days when everything was cooked with good, old-fashioned butter or lard?

My grandmother cooked with lard her whole life. Most people did… until the government told everybody that animal fat caused heart disease. Then manufacturers introduced substitutes such as shortening and margarine.

    How the FDA Went Bad…

    Dear Reader,
There’s a good chance you have this chemical in your blood right now…
The chemical is called bisphenol A (BPA). It’s used to make plastics. It’s at the center of a huge controversy. Scientists say it’s dangerous. Big business – and the FDA – says, “don’t worry… there’s no risk… don’t ask questions…”
    But there’s cause [...]

    Chocolate Just Got Better…

    Dear Reader,
I just read something that made me reminisce about the cup of hot cocoa my mom made for me on cold winter days…
The list of the humble cocoa bean’s remarkable health-promoting powers just keeps growing as we learn more about it. Research has shown how its active ingredients can reduce the risk for a [...]

    Women…Fit and Fat?

    Dear Reader,
I find myself battling a common misconception with some of my patients. It’s the thinking that if you are capable of a hard workout routine you can be “fat but fit”. So, there’s no need to worry about heart health.
Take one of my new patients, who I’ll call Alice. She’s middle-aged. And when she [...]

    Why are Doctors Celebrating?

Leaders in mainstream medicine think they have cause for celebration. The president of the American Heart Association called it “good news,” and the American College of Cardiology’s heart disease prevention expert said he was “thrilled” at this finding.

What are they so thrilled about?

Blood Pressure – Ways to Beat it

Are you still worrying about cholesterol?

I start to think it’s a ‘dead horse’ then, I see this same scenario play out again – patients come to me terrified of their own cholesterol, in a panic because another doctor told them to take a drug to lower their cholesterol or “die of a heart attack”.
